Local Ugandan media, Red Pepper, is reporting that Nigeria's Dancehall singer Patoranking has been arrested in Uganda's major international airport, Entebbe International airport for not adhering to check-in rules and acting like a diva. Below is the full report:

Nigerian Singer Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie better known by his stage name Patoranking, was yesterday afternoon arrested at Entebbe International Airport for failure to adhere to check in rules.
“He failed to adhere to check-in rules and above all he had not secured his entry visa,” said the source who was at the Airport yesterday.

The source further said that Patoranking thought he was too ‘big’ and he would receive VVIP treatment upon arrival.

“He was just told to remove his cap for security check-up but he chose not to listen to instructions. He was denied entry and arrested for disobeying lawful check in orders.”

Patoranking who arrived at the Airport at around 16:00hrs, was detained for over 7 hours.

After countless times of apologising and begging, Patoranking was later released and granted entry visa.

Trying to show that he is a known celebrity, Patoranking first refused to accept entry visa saying he was disrespected and harassed by immigration officers.

He later coiled his small tail and headed to Hotel Africana where he addressed journalists.

Patoranking was in Uganda to market his latest music album titled ‘God over everything’ featuring which features Wizkid, Elephant Man, Olamide, Phyno, Sarkodie and so on

Man Cuts Off Another Man's Manhood for Sleeping With his Sugar Mummy

A man has brutally attacked another man and used a knife to cut off his manhood for daring to date his 59-year-old sugar mummy. According to the Kenyans, Andrew Mwangi, from Njathaini village in Gatundu North, was attacked by his angry neighbour moments after he walked out of a bar. His attacker, who is also 39 years old, accused Mwangi of having an affair with his 59-year-old girlfriend. The attacker descended on Mr Mwangi with a panga and knife, stabbing him severally before cutting off his manhood using the knife.

"He attacked me using a panga and a knife, saying I would learn my lesson for having an affair with his girlfriend. Since I was drunk, he overpowered me and wrestled me to the ground before stabbing me several times in the legs, hands and head. He then cut off my genitals using the knife. It was very painful," said Mwangi.
 The man was left in deep pains and was rushed to Igegania Level Four Hospital by residents who heard his cries where his genital was reattached and treated for bruises before being discharged. However, he also denied claims that he was having an affair with the attacker's lover and asked for justice to prevail.
"The allegations that I had an affair with my attacker's girlfriend are nothing but lies. I want justice so that he can be made to pay for his deeds," he said.
 The incident prompted angry villagers to storm the suspect's home, they only found his wife who handed them a suicide note indicating that the attacker was going to jump into River Chania to avoid going to jail. The 59-year old lady in question was nowhere to be seen when the villagers raided her home in search for answers. Gatundu North OCPD Reuben Muli said they were searching for the suspect.
"The suspect will be arraigned and charged with assault once we get him," said Mr Muli.

Jamal who lived at home with his mother, was studying to become a producer and also helped his mother with their family business. A week ago on Sunday, his body was found after he had been stabbed to death. Neighbors said they heard an argument between three men around 1:30 pm. His Mother said she called him several times to find out where he was but he didn't pick his call. Then on Monday morning, she couldn't believe what she found at her door: his clothes, headphones, cellphone, house keys and wallet wrapped in his jacket. After his body was taken for autopsy, the coroner confirmed that Oladapo died from stab wounds to the chest. ABC however reports that the Los Angeles Police Department homicide detectives are investigating the incident. Kari Jolaoso has now made a public plea, appealing to anyone who can shed light on who stabbed him to death, to reveal details to the police. President Barack Obama on Tuesday blasted Donald Trump, saying he was unfit to be president and even criticized the Republican party for supporting Trump. Trump has now fired back at Obama saying he and Clinton are responsible for destabilizing the Middle East and helping ISIS grow.

"Hillary Clinton has proven herself unfit to serve in any government office," a Trump statement said.

"Obama-Clinton have single-handedly destabilized the Middle East, handed Iraq, Libya and Syria to ISIS, and allowed our personnel to be slaughtered at Benghazi."

Later on, in an interview with WJLA, Trump continued;

"He's a terrible president. He'll probably go down as the worst president in the history of our country. He's been a total disaster."

College students in Texas are now permitted to carry handguns in school. A new state law that went into effect on Monday August 1st, permits students who are at least 21 years old and have a concealed handgun license, to bring guns onto most college campuses. The controversial campus law permits the students to do so at all public colleges and universities.

While some college facilities, including sports arenas and chemical labs, are off-limits for concealed gun holders, private schools and two-year community colleges are excluded until next year.

According to proponents of the law, an armed student body might be able to prevent incidents of mass shootings before the police might arrive. Critics however fear that new measures might encourage more violence, especially in a school environment filled with depression and alcohol.

The Texas law took effect on the 50th anniversary of the clock tower massacre - one of the deadliest mass shootings in American history - in which a student gunman shot 49 people, killing 16, at the University of Texas at Austin. The shooter, Charles Whitman, a Marine-trained 25-yr-old engineering student, climbed to the 28th-floor observation deck of a campus clock tower and began firing on students and staff.

The University of Texas unsuccessfully lobbied against the law which was pushed through by Republican Gov. Gregg Abbott and a majority in the Republican-led state Legislature.

One of the Most Congested Prison in the World is in the Philippines (See Photos)

These photographs by photojournalist Noel Celis who works for AFP reveal the shocking conditions in an overcrowded prison near Manila in the Philippines. Quezon City Jail was built 60 years ago to house 800 prisoners. It now accommodates 3,800 men, who compete daily for space. Inmates take turns to sleep on the floor of an open-air basketball court, on the steps of staircases, underneath beds, and in hammocks made out of old blankets. Their bodies are packed together like sardines, unable to stretch out.  When it rains conditions become even worse because inmates cannot sleep in the open air. The government provides a daily budget of  about $1.10 for food and 8 pence for medicine per inmate, according to an AFP report. There is just one toilet for every 130 men, and buckets of water are used to flush them. The stench is compounded by rotting rubbish in a nearby canal. The Philippine prison system is the third most congested in the world, according to the University of London's Institute for Criminal Policy Research. Conditions in the prison are getting worse as police wage a brutal war on crime. Security forces have killed hundreds of people and detained thousands more in just one month as they have followed the orders of President Rodrigo Duterte, who has said the top priority at the start of his six-year term is to eliminate drugs in society.
