South African Reacts Over controversial painting of President Zuma in sexual act with late Nelson Mandela

The latest painting by controversial artist, Ayanda Mabulu, which portrays President Jacob Zuma in a sexual act with the late former President Nelson Mandela emerged on Thursday and caused a stir on social media.

Mabulu titled his painting "Economy of Rape".
Artist Ayanda Mabulu has defended his painting saying he's merely expressing his views on the current situation in the country. The painting is interpreted as raping the former president Nelson Mandela's legacy. he spoke to Sakina Kamwendo.

"Whilst we respect Mabulu's freedom of expression, we find his work grotesque, inflammatory and of bad taste," the African National Congress (ANC) on Friday said in a statement.

Mabulu is no stranger to controversy. He courted trouble last year when he painted Zuma performing a sexual act with controversial businessman Atul Gupta in a cockpit of an aeroplane.

Another of his paintings, titled "Spear Down My Throat (The Pornography of Power)" in 2015 depicted Zuma with his manhood in the throat of a woman (representing South Africa) while she was being penetrated by a hyena in a Victorian suit.

Mabulu's paintings have sparked outrage in certain quarters and heated debate around freedom of expression and respect for the rights of individuals in recent years.

That Moment 27-yr-old American graduating Doctor set to marry her degree

27-year-old Angie Hamouie from Houston, Texas is set to marry to her medical degree.

Angle is graduating from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in June and is celebrating by throwing what she has dubbed a “graduwedding.”
There’s going to be a wedding-style dress, a first dance with the diploma and, of course, graduwedding cake. Hamouie even created a website on wedding website The Knot to announce her union with her M.D.

“This was such a big deal for her, because it was the culmination of three degrees and nine years of higher education,” Hamouie’s Knot page reads. “Her match represented everything she had worked toward.

Angie realized this graduation would only happen once in her life. She wondered, why is it that no one really celebrates their graduation? And if she threw a party, how could she convey that this party was a Big Deal?”

So, after her “ enmatchment,” Hamouie planned a graduwedding. The party is set for May 13, and she’s invited friends and family to come join her on her big day.
“I didn’t think folks would take this party seriously because it was ‘only’ a graduation,” Hamouie told The Huffington Post. “I wanted to convey that this milestone is a huge deal for me, and I thought the best way to do that would be by pretending to marry my degree.”

“The message I ultimately want to send with my graduwedding is that getting an education is a huge feat, and it should be celebrated as such.”

Kris Jenner is not happy about ex Caitlyn Jenner's upcoming memoir.

In a newly released clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians released by E!, the 61-year-old momager fumes over the upcoming tell-all even saying that everything about their relationship written in the book was made up.

In the tense two-minute clip, Kris could be seen confiding in daughters Kim and Khloe as she explains that she had read a manuscript of the book and that the only nice thing Caitlyn, 67, said about her was that she was great socially at a party once.

None of it makes sense,' Kris said angrily. 'Everything she says is all made up. Why does everything have to be that Kris is such a b**** and an a**hole?'

In the book - titled The Secrets Of My Life - Caitlyn insists that she was transparent about her gender issues but Kris disputed those claims.

The mother-of-six said: 'All through the book, Kris knew. "Kris knew before I even made love to her." I'm like, "What!?"'

The star - who is currently in a relationship with Corey Gamble - seemed to be very hurt by what was written especially because she believes that she has tried hard to understand and improve her relationship with Caitlyn.

'I've done nothing but open up my home and my heart to a person who doesn't give a s***. So, I'm done,' Kris said. 'I've never been so angry and disappointed in somebody in my whole life.'

Kim, 36, agrees with her mother and is obviously sympathetic to her situation as she says in a confessional: 'My mom's been putting in so much effort trying so hard to have a good relationship for their kids together.

"I wish I raped her" - Adam Johnson caught bragging to prison inmates about schoolgirl he sexually abused

Paedo footballer Adam Johnson has been filmed telling inmates he wishes he’d raped his victim.
The ex-England star, 29, is serving six years for sexual activity with a girl, 15.In a video inside jail, a fellow lag points out that he did not commit rape.

Johnson laughs: “I wish I f***ing did for six year.”

He also makes crude breast gestures about the girl. Sources say his hopes of release are now over.

The disgraced former Sunderland star, 29, jailed for grooming, kissing and touching a 15-year-old girl, told jurors at his trial he was “ashamed” of his actions.

But in a shocking video recorded behind bars by cons, defiant Johnson blamed his celebrity Premier League status for landing him in jail — and dismissed his crimes as “f*** all”.

Asked by inmates what would have happened if he was “Joe Public”, he said:

“I would have got a caution at the police station. They might not even have charged.”
The shock six-minute film, believed to have been filmed in the laundry room at HMP Moorland sparked an immediate investigation by prison chiefs.
Prisoner: “How long you got, six years int ya?”
Johnson: “Yeah.”
Prisoner: “And you never even f***ed the bird?”
Johnson (laughing): “I didn’t even get my c**k out.”
Prisoner: “It’s not like you f***ing raped her or owt like that?”
Johnson (laughing): “No, I wish I f***ing did for six year.”
Johnson, who has a two-year-old daughter with his ex Stacey Flounders, then told how his victim used to wait for him with her “t**s out” when he played for Sunderland.

Russia bans Jehovah’s Witnesses, labels them as "extremist"

Russia’s Supreme Court on Thursday issued a ruling banning Jehovah’sWitnesses after the justice ministry called on it to dissolve the “extremist organisation”.

Supreme Court judge Yury Ivanenko said Russia had decided to close down “the administrative centre of Jehovah’s Witnesses and the local organisations in its fold and turn their property over to the Russian Federation.”

The decision comes after the ministry said it had found signs of “extremist activity” within the organisation and requested that it be banned. What signs?

“They represent a threat to the rights of people, public order and public safety,” Russian news agencies quoted justice ministry representative Svetlana Borisova as saying.

AFP reports that the group which has 395 centres across Russia, has vowed to appeal the decision.

“I’m shocked,” Yaroslav Sivulsky, who represents the group’s administrative centre, told reporters.

“I didn’t expect that this could be possible in modern Russia, where the constitution guarantees freedom of religious practice.”

Russia’s Jehovah Witnesses have had several run-ins with law enforcement in recent years.

In January, the chairman of the group’s branch in the town of Dzerzhinsk was fined for having distributed material that authorities deem extremist.
