Female Uber Passenger Banned Forever After Threatening To Accuse Driver Of Rape
Uber and dramatic happenings are like 5 and 6. It's either a driver is
beating a female passenger or a female passenger is trying to molest a
driver or another funny report.
According to report, a female Uber passenger has been banned from the car service for life.
According to report, a female Uber passenger has been banned from the car service for life.
The antics of the Bronx woman went viral this week after she was
captured on video repeatedly threatening an Uber driver that she would
falsely accuse of him of hitting and r*ping her.
In response, Uber has confirmed that the woman has received a lifelong ban, according to the New York Post.
In the nearly nine-minute video captured by the Uber driver, the woman refused to get out of the car and made repeated threats of violence and to tell the police he hit and r*ped her.
The driver played it cool the entire time, knowing her false accusations were being recorded.
Apparently, the argument began because the driver didn’t have an iPhone charger.
She repeatedly demands that he take her to her destination or call her boyfriend to tell her she isn’t coming.
During one exchange the woman said: “I will punch myself in the face and tell the cops you did it. You’re going to jail.
“...You wanna play yourself? I’ll call the cops right now... I’m going to tell them you’re holding me against my will... You’re going to jail for domestic violence.”
Eventually, she left after failing to get her way, but not before spilling a drink in the back seat.
“Her behavior is abusive and completely unacceptable,” an Uber spokesman said in a statement.
“As our community guidelines make clear, this will not be tolerated by anyone who uses Uber.
“The rider’s account has been banned, and Uber is looking into this incident.”

Politicians hire marabouts, pastors to pray for Buhari to die
President Buhari’s Personal Assistant on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, has alleged that some members of the political elite in Nigeria travelled to Niger Republic, India and other countries to hire marabouts to ensure the President dies.
She claimed that same set of people also engaged pastors and bishops to pray for the President’s death, she also claimed that the religious leaders resorted to attacking Buhari when he did not die despite their prayers.
Onochie disclosed this on her Facebook page just as the President’s latest medical vacation entered its second week.
But she did not disclose the identities of the politicians and the pastors she claimed were hired.
The woman said there must be a reason why the politicians did not want to see Buhari in power.
She said that was why they rigged him out in his first three shots at the Presidency and now they wanted him dead after he got his victory at the 2015 presidential election with the support of the card readers introduced by INEC.
She said that before the election, when it was obvious Buhari would win, the politicians 'scammed' former President Jonathan to postpone the election so that they could further empty the treasury.
She wrote, “There must be a reason why some members of the political elite in Nigeria do not want to see President Muhammadu Buhari in power. They rigged him out of elections in the past and now that Nigerians overpowered them with the support of the card reader, they want him dead.
“In 2015, when it was obvious the electorates had their eyes set on him, they scammed President Jonathan to postpone the election and to further empty the Nigerian treasury so they could ‘buy’ more electorates.
“But they knew Nigerians were not ready to be bought so they pocketed the campaign loot. Those who took part in the scamming of ex-President Jonathan, are being asked to cough up and the junkiest of them all, is cursing and swearing because he is being held accountable.
“Transition was a scam. Financial books were cooked. They tried to cover up their financial wickedness and recklessness against this nation. They hired some school dropouts, products of their 16 years of mis-governance across the nation, to try to disrupt the nation.
“And then they hired red, green, blue, and all shades of media outfits to unleash a coordinated attack on his government. Bravely, he soldiers on.
“They travelled as far as Niger Republic, India, etc. and in vain, they engaged the services of marabouts and soothsayers (mere men), to their own disappointments.
“Pastors and bishops (mere men), whose unholy services were engaged to pray for his death, resorted to attacking him once they have prayed and he did not die.”
Onochie further alleged that the unnamed politicians had been announcing the President’s death on cloned websites, therefore raising exaggerated concerns about his health.

Nigerian lady narrates how she met her Uber driver husband
A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to narrate how she met her husband, who is an Uber driver. According to the lady, they met after a hectic day at a client's office. Here's her story;
"OUR UBER LOVESTORY
On the 19th of July, 2016 after a very hectic time at a Client’s office, I ordered for an Uber ride somewhere around Bourdilion Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. Then one ‘Gregory Shola Okorodudu @bigsholz ’ picked up my request and called to get exact description to where I was. I described it to him and asked to let me know when he arrives.
On getting to me, he said ‘goodevening Maam’, he got out of the car, took my bag, asked where I wanted to sit and opened the door for me. He was like “hope you’re okay Ma?” then I just cut in, “if you call me Ma again I will call you Sir”….lol.
Shortly after, I got a call from my Bestest Nonso and we spoke for a while as there seemed to be a very long traffic that day. At the end of the conversation she told me Afam our friend got us Ribs of fire (barbeque pork ribs) with fries. I was so excited I was singing ‘Afam is the best’…my favorite meal from Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. Then I got off the call with a better countenance than I got in the car.
Then Shola cut in saying, ‘sorry to eavesdrop into your conversation but did you say you found ribs of fire in Lagos?’ I said ‘yes’. He had this big grin on his face then said it was one of his favorite meal in Manchester, UK.
Then I looked at him like, “You’ve been to the UK?” he said YES! Did a Masters in Petroleum and Gas Engineering and graduated with Distinction. I was in shock and he said you don’t believe, here is my certificate. He’s got his documents scanned on phone. So I was like why are you driving Uber then?
He said well job is not forth coming and Uber provided him an Entrepreneurship platform so he grabbed it. But that day in particular, his driver lost his dad and he said rather than the car just being at home doing nothing he decided to drive. I was thrilled and we got talking on and on about life in the UK and Lagos and his aspirations.
Then we moved on to his present walk with God and how he’s desirous of a higher walk with God. On getting home, I said, oh! I was going to the church for Choir rehearsal then he offered to wait and take me there. I just knew I had met an ANGEL somehow."

British Property Investor Detained In Dubai Over False Alarm She Was On Drugs
A property investor claims she was arrested in Dubai and forced to take a
blood test after cabin crew falsely accused her of taking cocaine on a
flight.
Caren Harmon, 43, was flying with Emirates from London to Johannesburg for a friend’s engagement party but when she disembarked at Dubai International for a connecting flight police were waiting for her.
Cabin crew pointed her out to officers and she was detained for more than three hours, forced to give a blood test, had her baggage searched and missed her connecting flight to the party.
She said she was given no warning during the flight, on Tuesday, May 9, and was not given a proper explanation for why the plane’s crew had called police.
Miss Harmon, who lives in Shepherds Bush, west London, said: ‘They just kept saying to me “you know exactly what you’ve done wrong.”
‘The only explanation they gave me was that I was seen looking through my bag, sniffing my nose and touching my nose, which is quite normal on a long flight with air conditioning.
‘They implied to the police that I had been taking cocaine, as if I would do something like that. I was terrified.
‘I didn’t get a warning on the plane, there was no sign they had done anything until we had landed and then four police dressed in black were there waiting for me. I had ordered some red wine on the plane but didn’t drink it because I fell asleep for five hours.
‘They kept just saying “we know what you have done on the plane”.’
Police escorted Miss Harmon to baggage reclaim after telling her they would need to check her luggage for illegal substances.
‘Then when they found nothing in my bag they tested my blood,’ she said.
‘Medical staff took my blood pressure and took my blood, they put a needle in me.
‘I assumed it was testing for drugs but they never even said what they were doing.
‘They just kept saying I was touching my nose and sniffing, as if that was enough justification for treating someone like this.
‘I was so shaken I didn’t even think to refuse.’

Miss Harmon, who is of dual British and South African nationality, said when her test results came back negative she was then told she could end up in jail because of the ‘illegal’ prescription pills she had taken on the flight.
She had taken Xanor, also known as alprazolam and commonly taken to treat anxiety, to calm her nerves and help her sleep on the flight.
‘Lots of people travel with sleeping pills or medicine on a long haul flight,’ Miss Harmon said.
‘They said if you don’t have a prescription and have pills you can go to jail for up to six years.
‘I was horrified and started freaking out. I thought I would go to jail over a sleeping pill. After everything else I had just been through.
‘Eventually after about three-and-a-half hours they made me sign something in Arabic with no translation and let me go. I was crying like a baby at this point.
‘I let them do whatever they wanted, I just wanted to get out of there.’
Miss Harmon missed her original flight to Johannesburg and was able to catch another with no extra charge.
‘I upgraded myself to business class using my air miles for the next flight,’ she said.
‘I just couldn’t face being around people in the state I was in.’
