Chester Bennington's autopsy shows he had a trace amount of alcohol in his system when he hanged himself, new reports claims.
According to the autopsy and toxicology results obtained, the Linkin Park singer's blood also tested "presumptive positive" for MDMA (ecstasy) based on one test. Two subsequent tests did not detect the drug, and the ultimate conclusion was Chester was not under the influence of drugs when he died.
Authorities found a prescription bottle of Zolpidem -- generic Ambien on his dresser. There was also a pint glass of Corona, which was less than half full and an empty bottle of Stella Artois.
Police found pieces of fingernail underneath his iPhone and on a table in the bedroom.
Chester's wife, Talinda, told cops he would do that when he was anxious. She said Chester had a history of depression and previous suicide attempts including one in 2006 when he left the house with a gun after drinking heavily.
Talinda added Chester was currently in an outpatient treatment program. A month before his death, Chester reportedly told friends he'd been sober for 6 months.
He'd been prescribed anti-depressants in the past, but had not taken them for more than a year, according to Talinda.
Recall, Chester committed suicide July 20 by hanging himself. The report says he was found with a black Hugo Boss leather belt around his neck.
There was no suicide note, but police found what they call an "apparent biography," which was handwritten.

The photo was taken in the middle of a 1990 house party in Marin County. Pac would frequently try to shock his pals by exposing his twig, berries and the vast surrounding shrubbery.
This particular night Pac's gf at the time threatened to snap a photo if he didn't cover up. Of course, he didn't back down, and the d**k pic was born, lol.
His ex wants to privately sell it for $7,500. A rock 'n' roll auction house is accepting offers, but if she can't get the asking price, the woman plans to let it go to the highest bidder. There are other party pics she's planning to sell as well

Nigeria Girl Reveal How She was Lured lured to Europe For Sex Trafficking
CNN’s Arwa Damon sat with 2 victims of sex trafficking in Nigeria, to hear their accounts of how they were lured abroad, and the horrors they suffered.
Sandra, not her real name, discussed being tricked by a man she met in a church in Edo State, who said he was an assistant pastor.
He had a vision from God that she traveled abroad, he said, and his sister could help her get a job at a hair salon.
As added security, Sandra said he took: “my pants, my bra, the hair from my head, the armpit and my private parts,” to a medicine man for juju.
Owing her trafficker $45,000 for covering her flight to Europe, the juju was to ensure she’d pay back.
Talking about a particularly awful experience, Sandra said:
There were five of them. They were brutal, they beat me up, they brought out a knife and tried to stab me. They might even kill you if you try to defend yourself. That’s the reason why it is very horrible. And in that process most Nigerian girls lose their life, because not every girl can withstand the pressure of 10 men.The men eventually pushed her out of a second-story window for not submitting.
Ede‘s story is quite different. She was sold into sexual slavery in Libya.
“He used to hurt me, apart from work,” she said of the man who bought her. “That is how they do there. When you finish paying your money [to your captor], if you are staying with a wicked somebody, they will sell you to another people so you start all over again.”
“Especially they hate us, we Nigerians … they don’t even want to hear anything concerning Nigerians,” she continued. “They treated us like a slave, as if we are nothing. So we went through a lot there.”

Checkout How Instagram user who raped, drugged & took nudes of female Unilorin student escapes from police cell
The Kwara State police command has explained how an Instagram user who allegedly drugged and raped a female student of the University of Ilorin disappeared from police custody.
Speaking to Punch in Ilorin, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Akayi Okasanmi explained how the suspect was arrested and how he disappeared under their nose.
Okasanmi said the victim whose name is withheld started a relationship with the suspect identified as Asiwaju Micheal after meeting on Instagram.
“We laid a trap for him. He called the lady at about 12.30pm and told her to meet him somewhere. Maybe he sensed that something was amiss. But eventually, we arrested him in a hotel and took him to my office. By that time it was late.“I asked an officer from the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department to take his statement and he confessed. I collected one of his cell phones, searched and found some of the lady’s nude pictures in it. We made him to write a statement confirming what he did.“Later, I left the SCIID officer to watch the suspect, while I went home to dress because we were expecting one of our principal officers from Abuja and we were to receive him at the airport at about 8 am. By the time I returned to the office, the suspect had disappeared. The CID officer told me that he left him in the care of other people. For that reason, the boy defaulted and he is going to face trial,” said the PPRO.

Fake F-SARS Commander, Officer Arrested
A fake Commander of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (F-SARS), Kenneth Obunwa, and a fake officer of F-SARS, Oluwagbenga Abe, have been arrested in Rivers State by the authentic operatives of Akin Fakorede-led F-SARS and they will soon appear in court.
Obunwa, an indigene of Egi in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State and Abe, who hails from Ijero-Ekiti in Ekiti State, both married with children, were arrested Tuesday morning by operatives of F-SARS at Igwuruta near Port Harcourt in Ikwerre LGA of Rivers state.
A landlord in Igwuruta, Mr. John Onwaduegbo, told a reporter of The Nation newspaper Tuesday evening in Port Harcourt that Obunwa and Abe, who he said introduced themselves as operatives of F-SARS, came around 9 p.m. on Monday to the house of Pastor Moses Finan and held him (Finan) and his younger brother, Silas Lohsing, hostage for some hours and extorted money from them, brandishing a machete.
Onwaduegbo insisted that he saw Obunwa with the machete, which Abe said he was always keeping in his Volkswagen Golf car, which was still at the headquarters of F-SARS in Port Harcourt, as at the time of filing this report.
Obunwa and Abe, who claimed to be members of Kaduna-based Vigilante Group of Nigeria, while separately speaking with The Nation in Port Harcourt, stated that in the last six months, they had been involved in voluntary night security job in Igwuruta, claiming to be known by the area’s monarch and the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Igwuruta Divisional Police headquarters, having earlier arrested many armed robbers and other criminals in the area, who they claimed were handed over to the DPO.
Rivers Commander of F-SARS, who is also a lawyer, while speaking on the arrest, disclosed that at 7 a.m. Tuesday, F-SARS received a distress call that Obunwa and Abe, who claimed to be operatives of F-SARS, accosted Pastor Finan and his younger brother and subjected them to thorough search in their compound at Igwuruta, with undisclosed sum of money extorted from them.
Fakorede, a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP), who hails from Ekiti State, said: “The suspects impersonated as operatives of F-SARS and they have been doing it for a while. We quickly responded to the distress call, because the members of the public adequately utilised the distress lines that we gave. We traced the impersonators and we arrested them.
“We have a lot of miscreants who are impersonating security agents, especially F-SARS, thereby harassing, intimidating and extorting money from innocent members of the public, who ought to be very vigilant.
“I wish to admonish members of the public that whenever they find operatives of F-SARS extorting money or persons claiming to be from F-SARS, but involved in impersonation, they should please notify F-SARS through these numbers: 08054000001, 08057000002 and 08057000003, as well as Rivers State Police Command’s Control Room numbers: 08098880134 and 08032003514.”
Rivers Commander of F-SARS also disclosed that the two suspects would be thoroughly investigated and they would soon appear in court, to serve as a deterrent to other criminal-minded persons.

Femi Adesina’s Impostor Jailed 8 Years
A fraudster who impersonated the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, and attempted to fleece a Bayero University don of N300,000 for a nonexistent appointment in the Presidency has been convicted.
Christian Efe Oyovweyho was yesterday, December 5, convicted and sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment by Justice Z.B. Abubakar of the Federal High Court Kano.
The convict was prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on a 2-count charge that borders on conspiracy and attempt to obtain, in contravention of sections 8(a) and (b) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006.
The convict's journey to prison started when the Commission received a petition that he had impersonated Adesina. The petitioner, Professor Dalhatu Mohammed Galadanci of the Bayero University Kano further stated that the convict had attempted to obtain the sum of N300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira Only) from him.
According to Galadanci, sometime in July 2016, the convict sent him a text message claiming to be Femi Adesina, SA to the president on Media and Publicity.
The defendant fraudulently claimed to be speaking on behalf of the president and that the name of the professor has been forwarded for appointment in the presidency.
The complainant further stated that the defendant claimed to be searching for a better office for him. Subsequently, the defendant asked the professor to make payment of the sum of N300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira Only) in order to facilitate his appointment to one of Nigeria Port Authority, Nigerian Railway Cooperation and Rural Electrification Agency. At that point, the professor got suspicious and reported the matter to the commission.
Upon arraignment on the 16th of March, 2017, the convict pleaded not guilty and the prosecution counsel, Musa Isah proceeded to trial during which two prosecution witnesses gave evidence while the convict stood as the only defense witness.
In her judgment, Justice Abubakar found the convict guilty of the offense he was charged with after she was convinced that the prosecution had proved the case against him beyond reasonable doubt.
She subsequently sentenced him to 4 years imprisonment without option of fine on each of the two count charge. The sentence is to run concurrently.

Atiku Urges Other Defectors To Return
Atiku was received at the party’s Abuja secretariat by the chairman of the Caretaker Committee Senator Ahmed Makarfi.
The former Vice President said it is only by their returning to the PDP that he and other defectors could build a stronger and more united PDP that can regain power in 2019.
Addressing Makarfi, Atiku said, “All what I have come to do today is to come and show my face. Many people have read in the media that I have returned home. This is home.
“Let me pay tribute to past leadership of this great party wherever they may be and to call upon them to please return home as I have done.
“It is only by their returning home that we will build a stronger, more united party that can again return to government and continue to deliver the dividends of democracy.
”I can bet you the records we have achieved so far in governance, no government has yet even done 50 per cent of what we have achieved in government, not to talk of equalling our performance in government”.
“Over the years, like any or every human organisation, PDP has faced its challenges. But I want to pay tribute to those who have stayed steadfast through thick and thin to see us through to this point.
“Now that we have learnt our lessons, I hope that we will be guided by the lessons we have learnt. And that is to make sure that we build an all-inclusive party, where every part of this country will have a sense of belonging and sense of participation”
Makarfi however responded saying, Atiku had opened the flood gates and that the party expects more high profile returnees and new entrants into the PDP in the days ahead.
