Emotional Photo Of A Mom Breastfeeding Her Daughter After Surving a Bomb Explosion

A  wounded woman was pictured breastfeeding her little child after both of them survived the recent explosion which happened last Wednesday evening in Zing local government area of Taraba state.

The explosion killed at least ten people and injured many others in the area.

According to reports,the inferno started after a tanker driver, who was reportedly running from soldiers chasing him, lost control of the wheel and crashed into another moving tanker.

Woman Pours Hot Water, Pepper On Neighbour

The Police on Monday arraigned a 27-year-old woman, Keziah Bature, in a Karu Grade 1 Area Court, Abuja, for allegedly pouring hot pepper water on her neighbour, one  Abigail Akos.

The defendant, who resides at an old chief palace, Karu, Abuja, was arraigned on a count bordering on voluntarily causing grievous hurt, an offence she denied committing.

The prosecutor, Vincent Osuji, told the court that the complainant, Akos of same address with the defendant, reported the matter at Karu Police Station on April 16, at about 4 pm.

“The complainant alleged that the defendant came to her apartment and warned her not to intervene in the matter concerning her and her cousin, Blessing.


“In the course of the confrontation, both the defendant and the complainant fought but were separated by other neighbours.

“According to the complainant, surprisingly after few hours of the separation, the defendant came back to her apartment and poured her hot water mixed with pepper.

“As a result of the hot pepper water which she poured all over her body, she was inflicted with serious injuries on her back, front and other sensitive parts of her body, and was rushed to Nigeria Customs Hospital.

“In fact, the complainant is still in critical condition, though undergoing medical treatment, in which hospital bill is yet to be ascertained,” Osuji said.

According to the prosecutor, the offence is contrary to and punishable under Section 247 of the Penal Code.

The judge, Hassan Ishaq, granted the defendant N50, 000 bail, with one surety in like sum and adjourned the case until June 25, for hearing.

The News Agency of Nigeria recalls that the case was first mentioned on April 23, and the defendant remanded in prison custody.

Couple Slam Neighbour Who Complained Of Seeing Them Walk Around Their House Naked

Karin Stone, 33, and her husband Jay, 34, (right) were stunned on Friday when they received a letter through their door in Lemington, Newcastle, asking them to close their blinds as their 'neighbour' was sick of seeing their 'big bum, big boobs and little willy'.

The brutal note also threatened to report the pair for indecent exposure. The couple responded to the letter by posting their own note on Sunday that reads:

After been bitten by a crocdile, Zambian Woman Marries Her Hearthrob

A woman who had her arm bitten off in a crocodile attack that almost cost her her life got married in an emotional ceremony just days later.

British bridegroom Jamie Fox and his bride-to-be were canoeing in the Zambezi river above the Victoria Falls when the giant beast struck from below.

Former national tennis player Zanele Ndlovu had her right arm torn off and her left hand bitten in the vicious attack.

Jamie went to her rescue and managed to save her but she was losing so much blood it was feared she may die from the wound.


A family friend said: "During the attack the crocodile gripped her arm and ripped it off while her partner made frantic efforts to save her. They are lucky to be alive.

“The boats used in that activity are inflated and the crocodile attacked their vessel and in the process deflated it before attacking her."

A make-shift tourniquet was applied and she was rushed to hospital where surgeons managed to save her life but she lost most of her arm.

Incredibly despite her horrific injuries she was determined not to miss her wedding day and was allowed to use the hospital chapel to get married.

A Minister presided over the ceremony at the Mater Dei Hospital in Bulawayo where the remarkable service took place on Sunday.

It is believed the couple had gone to the Victoria Falls to get married but the crocodile attack meant a drastic change of venue was needed.

The bride can be seen in her white sleeveless wedding dress walking into church with her stump heavily bandaged, holding pink roses in her left hand.

As Jamie places the wedding ring on her left hand a canula can be seen attached to her wrist and her hand is also heavily bandaged.

When she signed the register, a huge round of applause broke out from family and friends.

A witness said: "It is a quite remarkable love story and it really does show their love for each other. The crocodile attack made no difference.

“Their feelings and love for each other are even stronger than before if anything."
