Davido to pay tuition fee of student offered admission at his dad’s university

                          

Nigerian superstar singer, Davido, has agreed to pay to ‘settle’ the tuition fee of a student who was offered admission at his Dad’s University, Adeleke University.

The student who shared a screenshot of the message he got from Davido’s Dad’s university, tweeted;

Bro David come and pay for my school fees for o  Dem don give me admission no money

Reacting to the tweet, Davido wrote;

Dm me ur details .. I’ll call the school to let you begin

A fake wine producer arrested during a stop and search operation in Lagos, has confessed to producing the adulterated drink when interrogated.

The fake wine producer from Enugu State, Ifeanyi Udeh, however told newsmen that the wine isn’t harmful, as he also drinks it. The suspect who understands that he has committed a crime by producing the wines without getting approval from the right authority, said;

“The fruit wine is my product; the name is Capic, but it is not registered. I will soon get a permit but I don’t have money. I have not supplied anybody yet; this wine cannot kill anybody because I also drink it. This is my first production and I have produced 254 packs so far.

“I don’t have workers; I produced the drink inside the house that I rented in Ikorodu. I plan to sell one pack for N1,000 and one pack contains six bottles of fruit wine,I don’t know what to do again; it is just that in Nigeria, if you have brain and you don’t have money, there is nothing you can do. Even if someone advised you to register and you don’t have money, what are you going to do? If I have money, things would not be like this.”

The Lagos State police commissioner, Edgal Imohimi, who disclosed that the suspect was arrested at Agbowa, Ikorodu, Lagos, said;

The policemen went to the suspect’s apartment and recovered 50 cartons of adulterated alcoholic drinks and other category of drinks. Apart from the fact that it is an offence, this is worrisome because of the health implications of the drinks to members of the public.” 

Bill Cosby attacked in prison for making a silly joke

Bill Cosby attacked in prison just in a space of two weeks that he was convicted and sentenced to 3 to 10 years for sexually assaulting some women.

According to Radar Online, the disgraced comedian was slapped with a chicken patty for telling a joke another inmate did not find amusing.

Reportedly, Cosby had been trying to form a friend circle in prison but many already have a problem with him, hence the attack.

“Mr. Cosby cracked a joke to another inmate by his infirmary, and that inmate was mad enough to take his chicken out of the bun and plunge it at him,” a source told the site, adding, “The way I see it, you have to be very angry to throw your meal in jail because I don’t think you get seconds. Mr. Cosby told us last week that the chicken patty was the best meal he had so far at SCI Phoenix… so that says a lot.”

Cosby was in September sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison for his conviction on charges of drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University women’s basketball administrator Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia mansion in 2004.
