Ex-Minister of FCT, Bala Mohammed, Arrested By EFCC

A former Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Bala Mohammed, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

As at the time of reporting on Monday night, he was already in detention at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja. A source at the anti-corruption agency said: “Yes, we have him in our custody.”

Another source told PT that Bala Mohammed is expected to spend the night at the agency's office.

Bala Mohammed, who's a former senator from Bauchi state, served as the Minister of the FCT under President Goodluck Jonathan between 2010 - 2015
