According to reports, she claimed in the documents that Chris has previously threatened her.
In a statement given earlier this month, she also allegedly said that the With You singer once "punched me in my stomach twice," and "pushed me down the stairs."
The legal docs also claim Chris has threatened to harm her friends and those close to her.
It comes just weeks after Chris admitted he's a 'stalker' kind of boyfriend.
The US singer went on a bizarre rant in the early hours of Tuesday morning about his love life.
“Ladies y’all be complaining about n***** being like stalkers, in love with y’all [and all] kinds of crazy s*** and get tired of it…well guess what? I’m one of them n*****, he said in the expletive-ridden clip.
"If I love you b***h, ain't nobody going to have you," he continued in a second Instagram video. "I'm going to make you miserable. I will chase that n***a out, I'm going to chase your a** around."
Chris, who split from ex Karrueche Tran two years ago, went on to say he's not prepared to let an ex move on if he's still in love with them.
“Ladies y’all ever dealt with a n**** that’s just be like, blowing your s*** up? Hopping gates, stalking the f*** out of you, getting on your nerves? Well s***, I’m one of them n*****. If I love you b****, ain’t nobody gon’ have you. F*** that.”
