A woman who joined the online dating site in search of love and romance has sued, alleging that she was r*ped and forced to live like a slave by the man she met online.

The complainant, who was not named for legal reasons, moved in with the accused shortly after they met online.

Things assumed gory dimension when her supposed lover transferred her to his sister, who he said would be able to understudy her and determine if she was good enough a partner for him.

“I was forced to cook and clean like a domestic servant. I was punished by being bathed with bleach as my sister in-law sat in a bath,” she alleged.

The prosecutor attested that her 34-year-old lover forced her to perform oral s*x on him twice, while he and his sister repeatedly punched and kicked her.

The prosecutor said, “She was living in a state of fear, oppression, being bullied and controlled.

“The accused, Mr. Colin Leacock and his sister, Many, both assaulted and r*ped the complainant and that was at a time when the complainant was living in a household where she was being bullied and assaulted regularly, sometimes by Colin, but mostly by his sister, Mandy.

“She was lonely and she went looking for love and romance on the internet. In March 2015, she met the accused online and matters very quickly developed between them.

“Having visited twice, she came to London and moved in with the accused in his flat. Things soon started to turn sour, in particular she was unhappy at the extent to which Mandy interfered and seemed to dominate her brother Colin.

“She didn’t consider her to be good enough for Colin and she needed to prove that she was capable of cooking and cleaning and doing necessary household work.

“She quickly became an unpaid servant, sleeping on the floor, required to clean and after a time soon the victim of repeated assaults.”

The woman confessed that she moved in with Colin just because she felt lonely and wanted to be loved again after a previous abusive relationship.

The trial continues in a London court.
