George Michael's partner, Fadi Fawaz, has slammed rumour peddlers who alleged that his boyfriend died of  'drug overdose'.
As reports of the cause of the singer's death was made public, Fadi tweeted a photograph of himself and George as well a message for those behind the rumour.
He wrote;

"f**k you" followed by "the truth is out."

According to Oxfordshire's senior coroner,  George died of natural causes from dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and fatty liver.

The statement reads; "Inquiries into the death of George Michael have been concluded and the final post mortem report received.

"As there is a confirmed natural cause of death, being dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and fatty liver, the investigation is being discontinued and there is no need for an inquest or any further inquiries.
"No further updates will be provided and the family requests the media and public respect their privacy."

MirrorUk reports that George's death was initially called 'unexplained' by the police, but not suspicious after an initial post mortem was inconclusive.

An official finding into his cause of death had been delayed while the coroner looked at toxicology test results, which can take several weeks to be delivered.
