The reality star, 33, and the NBA pro, 26, were spotted looking at houses in the ultra ritzy Bel-Air neighborhood, sparking rumors the couple might be planning to move in together.
They've been dating since last September, following Khloe's divorce from former NBA star husband Lamar Odom.
She sported skinny blue jeans with distressed hems that hugged her generous derriere. She added a pink mesh halter-neck sleeveless top and belted her denims with a matching color belt.
Tristan, a Canadian who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, was dressed more casually in a black graphic t-shirt and baggy black shorts. He sported red and black shorts and bright white trainers.
The romance between the pair has been heating up fast with Tristan throwing Khloe a surprise 33rd birthday party in June.
