ISIS has issued a chilling threat to carry out an attack at the World Cup in Russia next year with a poster of footballer Lionel Messi crying blood.
The sick image shows the Barcelona player standing behind bars with what appears to be blood coming from his eyes.
It’s the latest attempt by extremists to spread fear ahead of the tournament in the summer next year.
Just last week, ISIS published an image of a fighter carrying a rifle and a bomb with the regime’s infamous black flag in front of a football stadium.
The official symbol of the 2018 World Cup finals was also included in the image.
In another similar poster, a terrorist can be seen armed with a gun and explosives near a football stadium in Russia along with the words: ‘I swear that the Mujahideen’s fire will burn you… just you wait’.

Prisoners to vote in 2019 – INEC
In a dialogue session with the Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room Dialogue – a coalition of over 70 civil society organisations in Nigeria, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Tuesday announced that it is making arrangements with prison authorities to ensure that prison inmates exercise their franchise in the 2019 general elections.
The electoral body Chairman, Professor Yakubu Mahmood, said the commission was looking at the possibility of creating polling units in Nigerian prisons, as he further revealed that certain categories of prisoners would not be allowed to vote depending on the nature of the crimes they committed.
“We have already engaged the Comptroller General of Prisons and we have statistics on the number of prisoners nationwide and the number of inmates that are registered. .We are looking at the possibility of creating polling units in the prisons and to enable some categories of prisoners vote. Ghana does it but there are some categories of prisoners who by the nature of crimes committed, lose the right to vote.Whatever we can do to open up the process to ensure that as much as possible Nigerians are given the opportunity to vote, we will do so,” Yakubu stated.
Ex- President George Bush Apologises After Actress Claims He S-xually Assaulted Her

Heather Lind, 34, who starred in AMC's series 'Turn: Washington's Spies', made the allegations against the 93-year-old former president on Instagram in a lengthy post with accompanying photos.
'When I got the chance to meet George H. W. Bush four years ago to promote a historical television show I was working on, he sexually assaulted me while I was posing for a similar photo. He didn't shake my hand. He touched me from behind from his wheelchair with his wife Barbara Bush by his side. He told me a dirty joke,' Lind alleges.
In a statement to DailyMail.com the former president responded: 'President Bush would never - under any circumstance - intentionally cause anyone distress, and he most sincerely apologizes if his attempt at humor offended Ms. Lind.'
Lind said in her since-deleted Instagram post it happened a second time: 'And then, all the while being photographed, touched me again. Barbara rolled her eyes as if to say ''not again''. His security guard told me I shouldn't have stood next to him for the photo.
'We were instructed to call him Mr. President. It seems to me a President's power is in his or her capacity to enact positive change, actually help people, and serve as a symbol of our democracy,' the lengthy post went on.
'He relinquished that power when he used it against me and, judging from the comments of those around him, countless other women before me,' Lind wrote.
Her post goes on to say: 'What comforts me is that I too can use my power, which isn't so different from a President really. I can enact positive change. I can actually help people. I can be a symbol of my democracy.'
'I can refuse to call him President, and call out other abuses of power when I see them,' she writes.
'I can vote for a President, in part, by the nature of his or her character, knowing that his or her political decisions must necessarily stem from that character.'
Lind adds that she shared the allegations against Bush with people on her AMC series.
'My fellow cast-mates and producers helped me that day and continue to support me. I am grateful for the bravery of other women who have spoken up and written about their experiences,' she said.
'And I thank President Barack Obama for the gesture of respect he made toward George H. W. Bush for the sake of our country, but I do not respect him. #metoo.'
Lind concluded using the hashtag that has become a viral trend for people to share their allegations of sexual assault.
People were divided on how to interpret Lind coming forward with her own #metoo story.
On person commented: 'I am SO SORRY that you had to deal with that Heather! This story has really upset me.'
But others were questioning the timing, ignoring the recent #metoo trend: 'Why didn't you say this four years ago instead of now.'

Women Charged With Killing Kim Jong-Nam Made To Revisit Crime Scene [Photos]

Two women charged with killing Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of North Korea's leader, are revisiting the crime scene in Malaysia.
Indonesian Siti Aisyah and Vietnamese Doan Thi Huong were at Kuala Lumpur airport this morning.
The pair are accused of rubbing the highly toxic VX nerve agent on Mr Kim's face as he waited for a flight.
They have pleaded not guilty to murder, saying it was a TV prank and they were tricked by North Korean agents.
Pyongyang has denied any involvement in the 13 February killing, but four men - believed to be four North Koreans who fled Malaysia on the day of murder - have also been charged in the case.
Kuala Lumpur International Airport was packed with journalists this morning as the women arrived, escorted by dozens of security officers.
Siti Aisyah and Doan Thi Huong wore bullet proof vests, and were seen in wheelchairs at one point.
They were accompanied by their lawyers and the judge presiding over the trial, local media reports.
They are expected to visit the check in hall where Mr Kim appeared to have been attacked, and the medical centre where he sought assistance.
If found guilty, the women face the death penalty. Their defence lawyers are likely to argue that the real culprits are the North Korean agents, who left Malaysia.
Mr Kim, who was in his mid-40s, was the estranged older half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
At the time of his death, he was believed to have been living in self-imposed exile in Macau and was thought to have had some links to China

Customs Kill Man During Clash With Smugglers
Twenty-five-year-old Paul Ayomaya, a resident of Ajilete, in the Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State, had fixed December for the relocation of his family to his newly-completed building in the community.
Two months before the date, he was felled by stray bullets fired by some officials of the Nigeria Customs Service at a checkpoint in the community.
Punch Metro learnt that the officials had on Sunday stationed their van at the checkpoint to prevent smugglers, who were hiding in a bush, from gaining entry into the town.
The smugglers reportedly hauled stones and other objects at the officials to chase them away from the area.
The leader of the customs team was said to have been hit by a stone, prompting the officials to respond with gunfire.
An account of the incident indicated that Ayomaya was on a motorcycle, returning from a filling station in the area, when the bullets hit him in the head.
Punch correspondents gathered that after the incident, Customs operatives deserted their checkpoint from Ajilete to Oke Odan, for fear of attacks by enraged residents.
In another version, the father of two children was said to have gone to clean a church in the community and was returning home around 9am when he was shot.
But a resident, who identified himself simply as Akanbi, told one of our correspondents that Ayomaya had rushed to the scene on hearing that the smugglers were throwing stones at the officials.
He said, “Some smugglers went to pick a car at Olu Odo. They saw the customs officials at the checkpoint and started throwing stones at them. A stone hit their boss. Paul (Ayomaya) heard about the incident and decided to go to watch.
“The customs started shooting and stray bullets hit him in the head. He died on the spot. He had told his wife that they would move to his new house in December, not knowing that he was going to die. He was a kind person.”
Efforts to speak with the wife proved abortive as she was said to be too distraught to speak on the incident.
Meanwhile, some friends of the deceased, residents and social media users had lamented that the killing of innocent persons by customs officials was becoming rampant.
Reacting to the incident, the Public Relations Officer, NCS, Ogun Area Command, Abdullahi Maiwada, said the command had got intelligence report that some suspected smugglers had smuggled three tokunbo vehicles into the village from neighbouring Republic of Benin through the Idiroko border.
He said the operatives stormed the village in search of the smugglers and impounded one of the alleged smuggled vehicles, a Toyota Tundra pickup van.
He added, “It was when our operatives wanted to move the impounded vehicle to our Idiroko office that some hoodlums barricaded the roads with various objects.
“Since our operatives did not want to shoot anyone, they started shooting continuously into air to scare away the hoodlums and to secure their own lives.
“Eventually, our operatives succeeded in taking the impounded vehicle away.
“We later got the information that someone was hit by a stray bullet and he died instantly in the village.
“The person was not even among the hoodlums who blocked the road. It is a very sad development.”
When asked who fired the bullet that killed the victim, Maiwada said he could not say from where the bullet came from.
