Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony shocked the 2016 Latin Grammy Awards audience on Thursday when they took the stage together and debuted their single "Olvídame y Pega la Vuelta," which they followed with a sweet smooch!

She went back to her roots by revisiting Spanish-language music with the help of none other than her superstar ex-husband who is being honored on the big night as The Latin Recording Academy's Person of the Year.

The two totally rocked the stage together, causing the crowd to go absolutely wild while continuously shouting, "Beso!"


Their new single is a remake of the famous Argentinian duo, Pimpinela's song. Interestingly enough, the message is about a lover who is asking her ex to forget about her—about her name, her face, her home—as she has learned to live without him, and she is moving on.

After their performance, J.Lo presented her ex-husband with the Person of the Year Award, plopping a big kiss right on his lips, sending the crowd into a roar of cheers.

A man who forced his own daughter to have sex with him and his wife said that he never “had second thoughts or guilt” about the sexual abuse.
Amanda has confronted her father for the first time since she was 13 when she was rescued by police, after he had used her to make sexually explicit videos and photos for him to sell.

“I never had second thoughts or guilt after my first time with Amanda,” he said on the Dr. Phil show .

He admitted that he sexually abused his biological daughter for years after claiming he realised he would profit financially from such a heinous crime.

“I admit that I was sexually active with my daughter through her teenage years. When Amanda was about 11, I realised the money-making potential. I started grooming her the day she was born,” he said.

Both Jim and Justine were arrested in 1996, and both were sentenced to 20 years for sexually assaulting and exploiting their daughter.

An emotional Amanda recalled how they would film her performing sexual acts after having plied her with alcohol.

“Jim told me with the money we would make I could go to college and do whatever I wanted,” she explained. 

He would say sexual things to try and turn me on.”

Amanda was horrified to learn that her biological father only claimed to remember abusing his daughter five times.

“It should have been burned into my memory as much as it was into yours,” he told her.

When questioned by Dr. Phil about how that made her feel, she asked him directly:

“Through what span? What exactly would you deem as abuse? Grooming them for prostitution and sexually explicit videos to be sold worldwide. Was that not abuse? My face plastered on some form of sex doll somewhere...”

I didn't see her as my daughter, I saw her as a person playing a role,” Jim said.

Of his lengthy sentence for the heinous crimes that have impacted Amanda's whole life, he said:

“I felt I wasn't causing any harm. I felt the sentence was harsh... Twenty years was a bit much.”

He even complained that he had been “exploited, taken advantage of [and] beaten up” in prison.

He disputed his former wife's claims that he forced her to make Amanda have sex with them.

“Neither Justine nor me saw an issue with it,” Jim said.

PDP Treasurer Slumps and Dies

PDP Treasurer in Abia State, Chief Steve Omeoga is dead. He died on Wednesday night at a popular sport club in Umuahia after playing a lawn tennis game with a club member.

According to a club member, late Chief Omeoga ordered for two cartons of beer shortly after the game for everyone, then went to relax on the court. Unknowing to his friends, he had slumped. 

By the time they noticed, they rushed him to the hospital around the area but it was almost too late. He gave up while doctors were trying to revive him.

His death has also been confirmed by the PDP Publicity Secretary, Abia State, Chief Don Ubani, who described it as unfortunate. RIP!

Man killed in front of his house, by a police officer in Kaduna State(Viewer Discretion)

A father of 3 identified as Saminu Bara'u was allegedly killed by a police officer in Maraban Jos, Kaduna State on Tuesday.

Facebook user, Mohammed Grema Adamu shared the story and photos. Read after the cut...

"A father of 3, commercial bus driver; Saminu Bara'u popularly known as Danlamiwas killed cold-blooded by a police officer in Maraban Jos, Kaduna State. 

The incidence occured around 8pm of Tuesday 15th November 2016 whule the victim was sitted outside his residence in Maraban Jos when a team of police stormed the area in the name of patrol. Having fractured leg and being innocent, Danlami remain sitted as the police arrived. One Police Officer nicknamed KURA (literarilly mean Hyena) ordered Danlami to stand up and run pr he shoot him, which he calmly replied that he cannot run because his leg is fractured displaying his crutches. Unfortunately for Danlami, the barbaric for KURA shot him to dead (the pic). Immediately afte he shot Danlami, angry youths descended on KURA and were about to take jungle justice on him. It takes an intervation of some respected elders and a human right activist (name with-held) to rescue him. 

The case has since been filed at Unguwan Sunusi Police Station and we learnt that KURA was transferred to State CID. Our fear is the usual, we don't want the case dead at arrival just because a Police Officer involved.
Let us stand up for justice! Let us think of his wife and 3 kids! The State Government should do something!! The IGP should ensure KURA is brought to book!!!

Controversy Over Boy Burnt To Death For Stealing In Lagos

The video clip of a young boy, believed to have been burnt to death in the Orile area for stealing, has continued to generate discussions on the social media, with many commentators calling for police investigation into the killing.

A mob at the Alafia Bus stop in the Orile area on Saturday had caught the boy, whose name had yet to be ascertained, accusing him of stealing a wallet (some say he stole garri).

It was gathered that after the boy was beaten to a pulp, the mob got a tyre and set fire to him.

A witness, who gave his name only as Nzekwe, said the mob burnt the boy, claiming that he came with three accomplices, who escaped after the theft.

He said, “It happened at Alafia bus stop on Saturday. The teenage boy was trying to steal someone’s wallet. The teenager was said to have come with three other friends. But the victim held the teenager and raised the alarm.

“The other accomplices escaped when the teenager was caught. The victim held him. The mob descended on the teenager and beat him until he collapsed. One of the hoodlums got a tyre and the mob set fire to the brutalised teenager.”

Another witness on Facebook, who gave his name only as Harrison, alleged that the deceased belonged to a robbery gang, which usually stabbed victims who refused to part with their property.

He said, “My house is near the scene of the incident. Alafia bus stop is notorious for phone thieves. I lost my younger brother to the thieves in January 2016. He was 20 years old and was coming back from a rehearsal when he was attacked by the thieves at that bus stop.

“He was holding his friend’s Samsung Galaxy Tab. They stabbed him in the neck and my brother collapsed. He was rushed to a hospital, but he died minutes later.

“On Saturday, I was going somewhere when I witnessed the lynching of the thief at same bus stop.

“I am against lynching, but this particular incident is very personal to me. I do not support jungle justice, but these teenage criminals are ready to kill during their robbery operations.”

Another resident confirmed to Punch that the deceased was not a seven-year-old boy, burnt to death for stealing garri, as had been widely circulated.

Lagos Police PRO, SP Dolapo Badmos, said the state Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, had directed the Orile Divisional Police Officer to investigate the incident.

She said, “The command received the report through the social media that the incident occurred in the Orile area. The CP has directed the DPO in charge of that jurisdiction to investigate and brief the command.

“If that incident actually happened, be assured that the perpetrators would be arrested and prosecuted. The command will not tolerate jungle justice irrespective of the offence committed.”

Husband Hacks Wife To Death, Then Commits Suicide

A 41-year-old man, Francis Uzo, has committed suicide after allegedly hacking his wife, Ozoemena, to death over unresolved issues in Enugu East area of Enugu State.

The Police spokesperson, DSP Ebere Amaraizu said in Enugu on Wednesday that the tragic incident occurred on Tuesday November 15 in their residence.

The deceased couple lived at Nchantancha-Nike area of the state.

DSP Amaraizu said that on the fateful day, around 12noon, Okonkwo allegedly pounced on his wife, over a yet-to-be established issue and inflicted several machete cuts on her.

He added that the woman lost several pints of blood before she was taken to hospital where she was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.

The police spokesperson said that when the police arrived at the residence of the couple to arrest the husband, they found him lifeless on the floor.

Amaraizu said he was rushed to the Annunciation Hospital, Emene for medical attention but was also confirmed dead.

He said that the remains of the husband and his wife had been deposited at the mortuary for autopsy.

The homicide department of the police had commenced investigation into the unfortunate incident.

IMSU student arrested for arranging own kidnap in order to extort money from her 'stingy' father

Rivers State Police Command has paraded a female student of Imo State University for allegedly arranging her kidnap, to extort money from her family. The suspect, who gave her name to the police as Chinwendu Udensi, however, told reporters that she is Miss Janet Okoro. She said she is from Imo State.

Also paraded were her cohorts, three men that perfected the plan. 

The police commissioner said Miss Udensi plotted her kidnap and demanded N6 million ransom from her parents. He said she was, however, exposed when she sent one of her accomplices to pick the ransom on Obiri Ikerre flyover at Obio/Akpor.

Odesanya said: “On November 6 about 4pm, Chinwendu Udensi, a female student of Imo State University, was kidnapped by gunmen in Imo State.

“The kidnappers called and demanded N6million ransom. Men of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Monitoring Unit led by Ben Igweh set a bait for them and as they went to pick the money on Obiri Ikwerre flyover in company of the victim, they were arrested.

“It was later discovered that the victim connived with them and arranged her kidnap to extort money from her parents.”

In an interview with reporters, the suspect, who claimed to be a student of of Abia State University, Uturu Okigwe in Abia State admitted the crime. She said she did it to get money from her wealthy but stingy father.

Her words: “Nothing much happened. I wanted to collect money from my family, so I faked my kidnap. I did it to continue my schooling.”

Asked if her parents did not take care of her, she answered in the affirmative.

Regretting her action, Chinwendu said: “I’m not happy about my present condition because I never thought it will be like this.

“I sincerely apologise to my family for the trauma I might have caused them in a bid to extort money from them for my project and other requirements. To my friends out there, my advice is that they should not involve themselves in such a crime.”

According to an article by Huffington Post, Nigeria and Pakistan are two of the planet’s most anti-gay countries. They are also countries who search for gay porn the most.

Since these countries are deeply anti-gay, so why are residents of both nations searching for so much gay porn?

This little girl identified as Zainab was allegedly killed during the clash between Shi’ite members and police in Kano.

Little Zainab was reportedly killed while she was strapped on her mother’s back during the clash between police and Shiitte members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, in Kano State which happened on Monday.

Her mother is said to be a Shi’ite member.

According to eyewitnesses, a stray bullet hit the little girl on her head and she died instantly. She been buried.

Orji Uzor Kalu Explains Why He Joined APC

After officially joining the all progressives congress (APC) yesterday, former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu has said he joined the party because that is where his family members belong. He denied joining because of his travails in the hands of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. While speaking to journalists yesterday after being welcomed by the party chairman, John Oyegun, kalu said;

“All my friends are here. I am not saying my friends are not in the other party but it’s time to take stock. It is important to go along family lines in order to rebrand Nigeria. I am back to join where my family are.

“If I had joined earlier at the time they were forming government, it would look like I am trying to join them to form government.  This is the right time for me to join because this is the middle time between now and the next season to do politics. I am joining now to be able to play raw politics.”
