Toddler dangles from metal bars of a three-storey high building (Photos)

Shocking footage has caught the moment a two-year-old is seen hanging from the window bars of a building in China.

Terrified neighbours can be seen rushing to try and stretch out blankets and quilts to rescue the young child who fell while playing unsupervised .

                        
According to reports, the boy eventually fell from the bars and into the safety of the quilts held by family members. He was unhurt in the incident.
