Police were called to Annalise's Sydney address on Sunday afternoon after she stopped responding to texts from friends.
Pals raised the alarm about the 46-year-old after not hearing from her since Thursday, following a series of cryptic posts on Instagram.
Annalise had shared her thoughts on social media before her death, including one which said "Everything seems to feel twisted and upside down at the moment".
In the same photo caption on December 14, she wrote: "Life’s challenges have been deep, dark, difficult, demanding and down right scary lately."
The health guru and jewellery designer went on to say how it had been a "challenging year" but she was looking forward to "new beginnings" in 2019 and had bought a new house.
She wrote: "Time to breathe in the new beginnings and let go of the old..... bring on 2019 already I say!!!!
"Huge thanks to all of you who have carried me though this turbulent year."
In another, where she spoke of how she was an ambassador of a suicide prevention charity, she wrote: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have helped me though my dark clouds.
"Now I’m strong enough to help my loved ones who unfortunately are not in the best place right now. But we will get through this!"
Police have confirmed Annalise's death is not being treated as suspicious. RIP
