OAP Freeze has taken to his Instagram page to call out a fan who he alleges was crushing on DJ Xclusive.

According to Freeze, this female fan claimed the DJ Xclusive was stalking her. 
However, a quick check of DJ Xclusive’s DM shows the unnamed lady has been crushing on the disc jockey, professing her love for him.

And so, to shame her, Daddy Freeze published details of their conversation, prompting fans to say unprintable things about the fan.

Police Shoot Dead Deaf & Mute Driver Who Was Trying To Communicate Using Sign Language

An investigation has been launched after a police officer shot dead a deaf and mute driver who witnesses say was trying to communicate using sign language.

Daniel Kevin Harris was pulled over for speeding on Thursday after cops said he led them on a brief pursuit in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As the 29-year-old stopped close to his home a state trooper pulled his gun as Harris got out of his car.

Police say there was a "brief encounter" between the two men before the gun was fired but witnesses claim the father-of-one, who was unarmed, was shot almost instantly. He died at the scene.

Mr Harris’s neighbours are furious over his death. “You’re pulling someone over who is deaf, they are handicapped. To me, what happened is totally unacceptable,” Mark Barringer said.

“They should have de-escalated and been trained to realise that this is an entirely different situation.” 

A report by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police stated Mr Harris as being hearing and speech impaired but did not give further details about his impairments.

The state trooper was identified as Jermaine Saunders, who has now been placed on administrative leave.

Alledge Herdsmen Kill RCCG Pastor, Two Others In Kaduna

Gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen on Sunday night reportedly killed three persons among them, one Pastor Luka Ubangari of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Unguwan Anjo, near Godogodo in the Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The cleric was said to have been ambushed, shot and killed while on his motorcycle after an evangelical visit to Golkofa, also in the area.

The incident occurred a few days after the State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, visited Godogodo and Sanga districts, in the Jema’a and Sanga local governments areas, all in the southern part of the state to appraise the attacks of suspected Fulani herdsmen in the area.

El-Rufai in the affected villages of Gada Biyu, Anjo and Godogodo penultimate Tuesday, condemned the killings, describing them as ‘senseless,’ promising to arrest the perpetrators.

20 Hospitalized After Drrug Overdose In Downtown LA

At least 14 people were hospitalized in downtown Los Angeles over the weekend in what is believed to be the second mass synthetic marijuana overdose in a week.

The victims were all located on the 400 block of East 5th Street, in LA's Skid Row area, and found by emergency crews who arrived at the location around 10:30am.

The scenes recalled an even more disturbing sight on Friday, when 18 people from the area were hospitalized due to a bad batch of Spice, a brand of synthetic marijuana.

All of those checked at the scene Monday exhibited the same symptoms: combative behavior, altered mental states and sometimes seizures. 

'We don't have toxicological confirmation, but it's presumably Spice, which is a synthetic type of cannabis or marijuana,' Dr Marc Eckstein, the Los Angeles Fire Department medical director and EMS bureau commander, told ABC.

German Model Who Made False Rape Allegations Urdered To Pay Fine

A German court has ordered Gina-Lisa Lohfink to pay thousands of euros in fines. The model was found to have lied about a video she claimed showed her being raped.

Lohfink, who became a popular media personality after appearing on the show "Germany's Next Top Model," said she was forced to have sex with two men, who filmed the act and later posted it online.

A Berlin court on Monday dismissed her rape claims, however, deciding that the sex was consensual and that her objections, heard on the video, were to it being filmed. The model will be forced to pay 20,000 euros ($22,600).

In her final statement to the court, the 29-year-old model repeated her claims that she didn't give her consent to the two men, a soccer player identified as Pardis F. and a former party promoter named Sebastian Pinto.

Lawyers accused Lohfink of defaming the men. "Ms. Lohfink is not the victim of sexual assault. She lied and deliberately misled investigators," said state prosecutor Corinna Goegge.

Verdict a 'scandal,' says defense attorney

A medical expert also said there was no evidence that the woman had been drugged as she originally claimed. Lohfink's defense attorney called the verdict "a scandal."

The judge did rule, however, that the video was distributed without her consent - something for which both men will be penalized.

Earlier, both men had been found guilty of rape but were cleared. Following that, Lohfink was ordered to pay 24,000 euros for making false claims, but she refused to pay. For that reason, the case went to court a second time.

Lohfink's case has been taken up by many women's rights activists in Germany, while her critics claim she was using the video as a publicity stunt.

UPDATE | Woman stabbed in her home in Lagos was killed by her gateman over money

Indications have emerged that the 50-year-old businesswoman, whose discomposing body was found in her apartment last week at the Victoria Garden City, VGC, area of Lagos was allegedly murdered by her gate man, following an argument over his salary.

It was gathered that the deceased, Mabel Okafor, who lived alone in her big duplex at House J68B, Close 9, VGC, Ajah, had no domestic worker except the gate man.

The gate man, with an undisclosed identity, was said to have resumed work about two months ago. He was reportedly brought by the deceased’s former gate man.

When Vanguard visited the house security was beefed up in the area, with residents refusing to speak.

A resident who did not want his name in print, said: “Nobody knew that the woman was dead until last Friday. We learned that she was stabbed last Wednesday, but it was not until her church members visited on Friday that they found her decomposing body.

“The gate of the building was only bolted, but not locked when the church members came.

“One of them said they became apprehensive after several calls to her mobile telephone indicated that her line was switched off, prompting them to pay her a visit, only to be welcome with a stench from her room. Her body was found on the floor of the sitting room downstairs, with a knife protruding out of her stomach."

Gate man’s threat
“After her death, some gate men from the suspected culprit’s ethnic group said he had boasted that he would leave an indelible mark on his madam, following argument over increase in his salary.

“They said he claimed he was being paid N20,000 but demanded for an increase of N10,000 but the woman refused. The fleeing gate man was quoted by some gate men here to have argued that he usually washed his madam’s car and also swept the compound.”

Another resident, who simply gave his name as Goke, said: “Police have not been able to get the gate man since the incident occurred, neither have they been able to reach the one that brought him.

“In fact, the gate man went away with her phone. We have been warned several times to employ private guards from registered security companies, but some landlords here do not heed the advice.

“Had the fleeing gate man been employed from a registered company, it would have been easy for police to get him.

“How can one who owned a property worth about N300million not be able to employ the services of a registered security agents, but chose to go for cheap labour?”

Man Who Named His Dog "Buhari" Sent To Prison

Mr Joachim Iroko, aka Joe, who named his dog Buhari, was remanded on Monday at the Ibara Prison following his arraignment at the Ota Magistrate Court 2, Ogun State.

He was charged to court by police with conduct likely to cause breach of the peace. The prosecutor, Inspector Itaita Ebibomini, said the accused committed the offence on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at the Hausa section of Ketere Market in Sango-Ota in the Ota Magisterial District.

The prosecutor told the court that 

the offence was punishable under Section 249 (d) of Criminal Law of Ogun State, Nigeria, 2016. He was represented by a counsel, U. Michael. He pleaded not guilty to the charge.

His counsel, however, pleaded that the accused should be granted bail. The prosecutor did not oppose the application for bail. The two witnesses in the case were present in court.

The Chief Magistrate, B. J. Ojikutu, admitted Iroko to bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum, adding that the sureties must be regular taxpayers in the state.

“They must depose to affidavits of being gainfully employed, and reside in the court’s jurisdiction.”

The case was adjourned till September 19, 2016.

Boko Haram Top Leaders, Including Shekau, Hit With Air Bomb

Some strategic air strikes by the Nigerian Air Force has hit hard at the powerful base of the dreaded commanders of the Boko Haram terrorists group.
Security sources are saying Shekau was seriously wounded and he may have been captured.

Many of the very top leaders of the heartless killer group, Boko Haram, were said to have been killed in the bombings with heavy fire-power. Soldiers are now attacking the base in ground operation.

The air interdiction took place last week Friday 19th August 2016, while the terrorists were performing Friday rituals at Taye village, Gombale general area within Sambisa forest, Borno State.

Those Boko Haram terrorists commanders confirmed dead include Abubakar Mubi, Malam Nuhu and Malam Hamman, amongst others. While their leader, so called “Abubakar Shekau”, is believed to be fatally wounded on his shoulders. Several other terrorists were also wounded. Thank you for your kind and usual cooperation."

27 year old Sunday Onjefu, who specializes in robbing ladies on Lagos traffic has been arrested, This news was confirmed on twitter by an assistant commissioner of police Yomi Shogunle.

The suspect was said to have been arrested Itedo Bus Stop, Lekki while attempting to dispossess a young woman of her handbag.
It was gathered that policemen attached to the Maroko Division who sighted the suspect, swiftly moved to the scene and caught him.
According to the police, two toy pistols and a knife were found on him, which he confessed to have been using to rob his victims.
Spokesperson for the command, Dolapo Badmos, a Superintendent of Police (SP) who confirmed the arrest, said the matter has been transferred to the Special Anti-Robbery Sqaud (SARS) for further action.
