Warren Buffett Donates $3.17bn For Welfare Of The Poor

In order to give it back to the society, Warren Buffet, the well-known philanthropist, businessman and the American business magnate has made a donation which broke his own previous record.

He's the man behind one of the greatest fortunes in the world, but he's also known for his kind deeds with which he aids millions of lives. On Monday, to continue his pursuit of happiness the Berkshire Hathaway chairman has made his annual summer donation, a whopping $3.17 billion to the Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation and four family charities.

The money is obviously coming from his venture, Berkshire and its skyrocketing stock prices.

Fans Slam Lynxxx for Singing Circular Song Despite Being Born Again

   
Nigerian singer Lynxxx earlier said he had turn a new leaf and went all gospel! But singer contradicted himself after he recently released a  'circular music' titled ''Ghana girls". But one of huis fans wasn't having any of that as he called him out!
But lynxxx's answer did no good as he replied rather rudely!

A 14-year-old pupil was crushed to death on Monday by a fast-moving vehicle while being pursued by a masquerader, aka okorosha, at Ogbaku, in the Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.

A witness told Punch that the boy, who was on his way to school at about 9am, took to his heels on sighting the masquerader, while the masquerader took advantage of his fright to chase him till he ran into the path of the vehicle on the Onitsha-Owerri Road, a few metres from a police division in the area.

After the incident, the masquerader was said to have mixed with other masqueraders, leaving the boy in a pool of blood.
Another witness, Mr. Linus Iwuji,  blamed the community leaders for allowing the masqueraders to roam freely on busy roads rather than restricting them to the village square.

“I blame the community leaders for allowing the masqueraders to walk about chasing people. They and their guides even rob and rape women at late hours,” Iwuji said.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Andrew Enwerem, confirmed the incident.

He added that the police were investigating the incident.
