Despite not having his custody Doris Simeon celebrates son’s 9th birthday alone

            
              

Since her firstborn and only child has been taken away to the United State by his dad, Daniel Ademinokan to live with him and his new wife, Stella Damasus, actress Doris Simeon does not have any child to cuddle.
Daniel sneaked away with the child to Atlanta Georgia, United States when David was just two years old!
According to Doris in an interview, the plan was shrouded in secrecy and she never knew where he took her son.
“He told me one day that he wanted to go and see his mother and took our only son with him. I didn’t suspect anything because they usually went out together. That was the last time I saw my then two-year-old son,” she said.
David’s ninth birthday is today, April 4.
His mum has not got his custody still.
Daniel, a producer who is now legally married to Jaiye Aboderin’s widow, Stella, doesn’t seem ready to hand over the lad to his mum who is based in Nigeria.
Maybe Doris has resigned to fate.
This morning, she shared a picture of her son and wrote:
“Its ur day booboo, love of my life my sweetest, the most handsome young man I know, my all in all, my boyfriend, my super 9. Wow omo ikin pe dagba O. U will celebrate 90, 100, 200……………. Years Ijn. 4 SS1 students gang rape their classmate after taking "gegemu" in Ogun State

4 SS1 students reportedly gang-raped their classmate, after taking a drink laced with "gegemu" in Ogun State today. This was revealed by a corp member who is serving in the school.

According to @Ade_Toun, is an alcoholic drink that is made from fermented paw-paw, and the student who smuggled the drink into the school, made 30liters of the drink.30 Students allegedly took the drink, and among them was a tomboy who is
reportedly the "gegemu maker's" girlfriend. After she took the drink and passed out, four boys carried her to a nearby stream and took turns in raping her.

Fulani Herdsmen Allegedly Kill 10 Farmers

About 10 Tiv farmers in Div and Alaba kindred, Kwande Local Government of Benue State, were reportedly killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen in a deadly raid yesterday.

According to reports, the herdsmen stormed the villages on Sunday evening and continued the raids on Monday. They sacked the entire kindred and took over farmlands and houses.

At the end of the attack, ten bodies were recovered while some were still missing.

It was gathered the herdsmen had completely taken over some compounds in some parts of the villages. This is the third attack in one month on Kwande.

A 15-year-old boy, Teghtegh Nor, was injured in Ikyoawen. He, however, managed to escape with the help of his father, Mr. Nor, who took him to the hospital.

Community leader, Chief Adom Unande, said the victim went to get foodstuff from his compound when he was shot.

According to him, the herdsmen sacked the people, took over their houses and stole foodstuff. 

"Teghtegh and his dad went to their compound to get foodstuff to feed others who are displaced. On getting there, they saw herdsmen with pickup van stealing their yams, millet and beans. The herdsman on guard opened fire on sighting Teghtegh before they drove away with the foodstuff.

“His father took him to the clinic where he is being treated,” Unande said.

A policeman, who pleaded for anonymity, said they are aware of the crisis in moon district but governors of Benue and Taraba States were handling it.

Police spokesman Moses Yamu, who confirmed the incident, said only two people were killed and their bodies had been deposited at NKST hospital mortuary.

He added that mobile policemen have been deployed in the area and investigation has begun.

Police Re-Arraign Seun Egbegbe For Alledge Serial Fraud

The police, for the third time, have re-arraigned a Lagos-based  film-maker, Olajide Kazeem, popularly  known as Seun Egbegbe, and his alleged accomplice, Oyekan Ayomide, for alleged serial frauds involving N39, 098,100, $90,000 and £12,550.

The duo had earlier been arraigned on two different occasions before Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo of the Federal High Court in Lagos on 40 counts.

Their re-arraignment for the third time on Monday followed the amendment to the charges by the police.

In the amended charges, the police introduced the names of three other persons as defendants to the case.


The defendants,  whose names were added to the charges are Lawal Kareem, Olalekan Yusuf and Muyideen Shoyombo.

The defendants were accused of swindling no fewer than 30 Bureau De Change operators in Lagos of various sums both in local and foreign currencies between 2015 and 2017.

The police alleged that the defendants defrauded the BDC operators mostly by falsely representing to the victims that they had foreign currencies to sell to or buy from the BDC operators.

The police alleged, for instance, that on February 2, 2017, Egbegbe and his co-defendants fraudulently obtained the sums of N2.45m and £,3,000 from one Alhaji Isa Adamu in Lagos under the guise that they wanted to see the naira and buy the pounds.

Among the other victims of the alleged frauds by Egbegbe are  Mohammed Sanni, who was allegedly defrauded of N2.46m on 2017 New Year’s  Day; Jubrila Ado, allegedly defrauded of N1.257m on September 9, 2016; Hassan Amodu, allegedly defrauded of N600,000 in January 2016; Sanni Hassan,  allegedly defrauded off N1.43 and £2,750 in August 2015; Saidi Abdullahi, allegedly defrauded of N700,000 on April 18, 2016; Atairu Abdullahi,  allegedly defrauded of N1m on June 23, 2016; and Abdullahi Babadisa, allegedly defrauded of N650,000 in January 2016.

The police prosecutor, Mr. Innocent Anyigor, told the court that Egbegbe and the others acted contrary to Section 8 of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act 2006 and were liable to be punished under Section 1(3) of the same.

But when the charges were read to them on Monday, they all pleaded not guilty.

Justice Oguntoyinbo adjourned till April 26 for further proceedings in the case.

Suicide Bomber That Killed Atleast 11 Yesterday In Russia Was 22 & He Used A NAIL BOMB

These are the first images of the carnage inside the St Petersburg metro train blown up by a suicide bomber named today as a Russian citizen from former Soviet state Kyrgyzstan.

At least 11 people were murdered and 50 injured in the blast and horrifying pictures show bodies, blood and wreckage strewn across the carriage of the train blown up between Sennaya Ploshchad and Sadovaya metro stations in Russia's second city.

Russian citizen Akbarzhon Jalilov, 22, who was born in Kyrgyzstan, has been named by security services as the suspected suicide bomber who also planted a second device hidden in a fire extinguisher that failed to explode.

CCTV images of the suspect have been released and shows him in a red Parka jacket, wearing glasses and a dark green beanie hat and carrying a rucksack on his back through the Metro.

Another CCTV image shows him walking along the street with both his fists clenched - potentially because he was clutching the trigger for his suicide bomb. Police believe he has close links to radical Islamists.
