Husband Hacks Wife To Death, Then Commits Suicide

A 41-year-old man, Francis Uzo, has committed suicide after allegedly hacking his wife, Ozoemena, to death over unresolved issues in Enugu East area of Enugu State.

The Police spokesperson, DSP Ebere Amaraizu said in Enugu on Wednesday that the tragic incident occurred on Tuesday November 15 in their residence.

The deceased couple lived at Nchantancha-Nike area of the state.

DSP Amaraizu said that on the fateful day, around 12noon, Okonkwo allegedly pounced on his wife, over a yet-to-be established issue and inflicted several machete cuts on her.

He added that the woman lost several pints of blood before she was taken to hospital where she was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.

The police spokesperson said that when the police arrived at the residence of the couple to arrest the husband, they found him lifeless on the floor.

Amaraizu said he was rushed to the Annunciation Hospital, Emene for medical attention but was also confirmed dead.

He said that the remains of the husband and his wife had been deposited at the mortuary for autopsy.

The homicide department of the police had commenced investigation into the unfortunate incident.

IMSU student arrested for arranging own kidnap in order to extort money from her 'stingy' father

Rivers State Police Command has paraded a female student of Imo State University for allegedly arranging her kidnap, to extort money from her family. The suspect, who gave her name to the police as Chinwendu Udensi, however, told reporters that she is Miss Janet Okoro. She said she is from Imo State.

Also paraded were her cohorts, three men that perfected the plan. 

The police commissioner said Miss Udensi plotted her kidnap and demanded N6 million ransom from her parents. He said she was, however, exposed when she sent one of her accomplices to pick the ransom on Obiri Ikerre flyover at Obio/Akpor.

Odesanya said: “On November 6 about 4pm, Chinwendu Udensi, a female student of Imo State University, was kidnapped by gunmen in Imo State.

“The kidnappers called and demanded N6million ransom. Men of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Monitoring Unit led by Ben Igweh set a bait for them and as they went to pick the money on Obiri Ikwerre flyover in company of the victim, they were arrested.

“It was later discovered that the victim connived with them and arranged her kidnap to extort money from her parents.”

In an interview with reporters, the suspect, who claimed to be a student of of Abia State University, Uturu Okigwe in Abia State admitted the crime. She said she did it to get money from her wealthy but stingy father.

Her words: “Nothing much happened. I wanted to collect money from my family, so I faked my kidnap. I did it to continue my schooling.”

Asked if her parents did not take care of her, she answered in the affirmative.

Regretting her action, Chinwendu said: “I’m not happy about my present condition because I never thought it will be like this.

“I sincerely apologise to my family for the trauma I might have caused them in a bid to extort money from them for my project and other requirements. To my friends out there, my advice is that they should not involve themselves in such a crime.”

Me: wow! I am all ears

Caller: we have your nude pictures and would not hesitate to post them online if you do not make available the sum of N10 million. A lady you slept with at Enitona Hotels in Aba and refused to pay had unknown to you snapped you naked on bed.

Me: continue

Caller: your case will be worst than Miss Anambra, just think about how ochendo will feel, think about how his political enemies who you have attacked severally will enjoy paying more just to mess you up

Me: (pretending) chai! Please reduce the money, please my brother and please tell me how to get the money across to you people

Caller: where are you at the moment?

Me: Osun State

Caller: ok I will get back to you but the greatest mistake you will make is to try playing smart, you will regret it

Me: I will not, just send your account details and I promise to pay the money immediately, but you must send the pictures to me via DHL with a promise not to expose them before I will transfer the cash to you ooh!

According to an article by Huffington Post, Nigeria and Pakistan are two of the planet’s most anti-gay countries. They are also countries who search for gay porn the most.

Since these countries are deeply anti-gay, so why are residents of both nations searching for so much gay porn?

This little girl identified as Zainab was allegedly killed during the clash between Shi’ite members and police in Kano.

Little Zainab was reportedly killed while she was strapped on her mother’s back during the clash between police and Shiitte members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, in Kano State which happened on Monday.

Her mother is said to be a Shi’ite member.

According to eyewitnesses, a stray bullet hit the little girl on her head and she died instantly. She been buried.

Orji Uzor Kalu Explains Why He Joined APC

After officially joining the all progressives congress (APC) yesterday, former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu has said he joined the party because that is where his family members belong.
