Exclusive>>>>Drake And Rihanna Reportedly Split Again After 7 Year Off And On Relationship.

The foreign Pop stars, who have been dating on and off for well over seven years, have according to reports, split again – the pair had been going so strong over the last few months, making it official in July and hanging out nonstop ever since.
They partied together, performed together and even got matching tattoos together – you’d recall that the rapper publicly confessed his love for the songstress who won the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the 2016 MTV VMAs. But all of that is just a memory now as the pair seems to have gone their separate ways.
A source tells E! News:
“Rihanna and Drake are seeing other people at the moment. They are not exclusive anymore. They still love each other, but their schedules have gotten in the way.”
However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s done for good. “Anything can change between them though, for better or worse,” the source adds. “They are still in each other’s lives.”
For now, Drake has seemingly found a distraction in someone else: India Love. A second source revealed, “Drake and India Love have been hooking up for at least a few weeks.”
Indeed it has. Over the weekend, the “Work” crooner did something she rarely does, taking to Instagram to address her private life and clap back at her exes.
She posted a photo that read, “None of my exes are married or in happy relationships so it’s safe to say that I wasn’t da problem lol,” adding a trophy as the caption.

Meanwhile, she spent the weekend in Barbados with her family, sharing photos and videos of their time together, including her adorable niece, Majesty.
The rapper on the other hand was spotted watching the Toronto Blue Jays baseball game in a suite with India Love. An onlooker told E! they were kissing and looking “very coupley.”
Of course this is far from the first time the pair have split up. They’ve been on-again, off-again since first sparking romance rumors after a steamy makeout sesh in a bowling alley in 2009.
Since then, they’ve consistently toyed with our emotions, hanging out for weeks and even months at a time before going their separate ways and seeing other people.

SERAP Issues 7-Day Ultimatum To CJN Over Corrupt Judges

Image result for Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project

Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, (SERAP) has sent an open letter to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed requesting him to use his “good offices and leadership of the National Judicial Council (NJC) to immediately take over from the Department of State Service (DSS) the cases of all the 7 judges released by the DSS and refer the cases of those judges to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) for conclusion of investigation and prompt prosecution,” PM News is reporting.

The organization asked the NJC to “refer the cases of the 7 released judges to the EFCC and ICPC within 7 days of the receipt and/or publication of this letter. SERAP will take appropriate legal action to compel the NJC to take action on the cases if it fails and/or refuses to act as requested.”

In the letter dated 11 October 2016 and signed by SERAP executive director Adetokunbo Mumuni the organization expressed serious concern that “the NJC has for many years failed to appropriately deal with several cases of corrupt judges by failing to refer those cases to the EFCC and ICPC for prosecution. Many of these suspected corrupt judges are still alive and their cases should be promptly referred to the anticorruption agencies. The NJC under your leadership should seize the opportunity of the just released 7 judges to comprehensively address corruption in the judiciary,” part of the letter read.

Man, 60, Commits Suicide Over ‘Severe Hunger’

A sixty-year-old man, Okporo Arigo, has reportedly committed suicide in a bush at Uwheru in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State because of “severe hunger”.

The late Arigo was said to have left a suicide note, which said he was abandoned by his brother while he had nothing to feed on.

A source, who spoke in confidence, told our reporter that the late Arigo left behind a sick wife and an unspecific number of children.

He said the late Arigo had a younger brother, who is a councillor, but had not been paid in the last 10 months by the state government.

The source added: “I don’t think the man would have died if the state government had been paying the councillors their salaries. I believe the payment was part of what that led to the death of the councillor’s brother.”

Efforts to reach the councillor and the community leaders to confirm the incident were unsuccessful last night.

But a community youth leader confirmed the incident, saying Arigo’s death was painful.

Wizkid fights with Tanzanian Singer Ali Kiba during Chris Brown concert!

          Image result for alikaba

New reports have confirmed that Wizkid got into a fight with Tanzania’s top star, Ali Kiba, over who would perform first over the weekend during the Mombasa Rocks concert headlined by Chris Brown.

According to Kenya.co.ke, the scuffle started after Ali Kiba insisted he would not perform first; the two acts reportedly fought over who was the biggest, who had the largest fan base.
Here’s what the media house said:
“Ali Kiba is said to have insisted that he would not take to the stage before Wizkid, leading to a disagreement that reportedly delayed the arrival of American RnB singer and main performer of the night, Chris Brown.”
Also confirming the clash is Nairobi News. “Kiba felt he is bigger in Kenya than Wizkid hence he could not understand why he was scheduled to perform before,” NairobiNews said.
Wizkid lost the battle and Ali Kiba proceeded to perform right before Chris Brown (Seeing as the biggest masquerade comes out last). However this almost ruined Chris Brown’s event as the fight led to his own show being moved to later in the night that Saturday.
But that’s not all.
While Ali Kiba was on the stage, his microphone got disconnected, prompting him to end his performance midway.
I was surprised. I don’t know whether the microphone was disconnected for Chris Bown to be ushered in. I hope my fans understood that it was not my fault,” Ali Kiba says.
Wizkid is yet to add voice to these claims.

Notorious Gang Breaks Man’s Skull With Hammer, Shoots 2 In Lagos

There was chaos in Mushin area of Lagos after gang members, who were engaged in a supremacy fight clashed. During the fight, the skull of one Oluwafemi was reportedly broken with a hammer.

The gang also stabbed the victim with knives, as some others smashed concrete blocks on his head.

Two other residents of Lawani Street, Sheriff Ajani and Samuel Junior, sustained gunshot injuries, while two vehicles were damaged by the hoodlums.

A source told The Punch that fight started at 10am on Sunday and continued till 7pm when the gang members allegedly engaged in an exchange of gunfire with security operatives.

It was gathered that policemen from Area C, Area D, Rapid Response Squad and OP MESA soldiers, chased the suspected cult members into Gbobi Sabe, Ogunjobi and Ereko streets.

The source said, “It all started around 10am on Sunday. Femi and a friend were going to a betting centre when the hoodlums, who had mingled with some bus passengers at a park along the Ikorodu Road, seized him.

In broad daylight, they started hitting his head with a hammer as some of them smashed blocks on his head. They stabbed him in the face with knives. They were about killing him when a group of people rescued him. He was rushed to a hospital where he is lying in a critical condition.

“Just some minutes later, the hoodlums reinforced, entered into Lawani Street and opened fire on residents. The attackers are Japron and Ereko boys. They include Seidu, Usher, Abbey, Jibade,Famous and Wasiri. They were calling boys on Lawani Street to come out.”

A resident of Ereko, who identified himself as Samsudeen Olayemi, said the fight was for the control of territories.

“It had nothing to do with us. It was among those who wanted to control the Jibowu area to take fees from POP sellers. We called the police to intervene,” he said.

Although normalcy had returned, a police team was observed patrolling the flashpoints yesterday.

Judge begged DSS after N500m Bribe was exposed

A judge begged Department of State Service (DSS) boss, Mr. Lawan Daura, when confronted with evidence that he got more than N500million bribe. He was captured on camera.

The judge refused to unlock the safe in his house for DSS operatives to have access to its contents, a source said. DSS plans to take possession of the safe to uncover its contents.

The service has also been questioning bank directors over links with some of the judges.

Another judge was said to have obtained a loan from a bank to execute a contract in Bauchi State and when he defaulted, the bank filed a suit against him at the Federal High Court in Bauchi.

Also, it was learnt that most of the judges against whom the DSS launched sting operations at the weekend had been under “painstaking investigation” in the last one year.

According to The Nation, the DSS had started questioning some bank chiefs and directors implicated in money laundering and huge bribery scandal.

But, amid more revelations on the corruption in the Judiciary, DSS intensified the grilling of seven detained judges.

A source said: “Corruption in the Judiciary was based on our intelligence gathering and alerts from informants and petitions. It is not based on the perception of Nigerians. We have been on the trail of some of these judges in the last few months.

“For instance, we started probing one of the seven judges in detention since the Ramadan period of 2015. When we got sufficient intelligence on him, bordering on over N500m bribe, we invited him.

“The judge was given a copy of our report on him. By the time he read it halfway, he prostrated, held the legs of the security chief and begged for forgiveness. We captured the way he was reeling on the floor.

We later sent a security brief on him to the National Judicial Council with enough evidence. But he was cleared by the NJC as having committed no wrong. Since the NJC could not do the needful, we have decided to subject him to a judicial process.

“We also have a case of one of the judges who refused to unlock a safe in his house when operatives went to his house. We may actually secure the leave of the court to relocate the safe to Abuja."

“We are digging more and getting fresh revelations from these judges. For instance, a Federal High Court judge in detention actually spread the N54million and $171,779 recovered from his residence in different rooms. He kept them in different parts of the rooms like a thief.”

Apparently referring to the criticisms against the sting operations, the source said: “Some individuals have been bigger than Nigeria. If you are looking for one or two, go to the Judiciary.

“Nothing unusual about the arrest of judges other than it has not been the practice. It is normal. Once a petition is lodged, it is normal that you just have to look into it as a security agency.”

Kidnappers Of Lagos Pupils Give Families 48-Hour Ultimatum

As four pupils, a teacher and a vice-principal of Lagos Junior Model College, Igbonla, Epe, Lagos State, spend five days in captivity, the kidnappers have given their families 48 hours to pay the ransoms placed on them.

This is just as the abductors told the families on Monday that the health condition of the schoolboy, reported to be sick, had worsened.

Punch Metro learnt that the ransoms demanded for the six victims had also been reduced to N6m.

The attackers, said to be five gunmen and a woman, had last Thursday, at about 8am, invaded the school during the morning prayers.

The abductors reportedly shot into the air before making away with the pupils, identified as Isaac Adebisi, Okonkwo Emmanuel, Abu and Jeremiah; the English Language/Civic Education teacher, Lukman Oyerinde, and the VP, A.O. Oyesola.

Punch had also reported that the kidnappers, who were still believed to be within the Epe area, got across to the families of the victims on the following day and demanded N5m for each of them.

The gunmen were said to have also fired a warning shot while conversing with the families on the telephone as the families reportedly begged, promising to pay the ransoms.

It was also reported on Monday that one of the schoolboys fell sick in the kidnappers’ hideout, as the attackers warned the families to hurry on the payment of the ransoms.

The kidnappers, who reportedly told the family of the affected schoolboy that they had administered treatment to him, later reduced the ransom to N3.5m for each of the victims.

By Monday, the ransom was reportedly reduced to N1m for each of the victims.

A source said the kidnappers gave them a 48-hour ultimatum to pay, as the condition of the sick schoolboy had worsened.

He said, “The men called on Monday and said they gave the family till Wednesday to pay the ransom. While the family members begged them, the kidnappers let them realise that the health of the boy had worsened, but they would not release him without a good ransom. They had come down from N3.5m to N1m ransom.

“The boy’s family has been able to raise some money and they were begging the gunmen to accept what they had. I hope the kidnappers will have mercy and consider the condition of the sick pupil, and let him go.”

Another source, close to the family of one of the victims, told Punch Metro that the family members had raised three-quarter of the ransom, adding that the money was not sourced from the government.

She said, “It is true that they called to warn the parents that the boy’s health is deteriorating. They told them to bring the ransom before Wednesday. The family has been able to raise three-quarter of the money. They are rallying round for the remaining sum. Nobody from any quarters is assisting them to raise the ransom. They are begging the kidnappers and trying to meet the deadline.”

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, said in a text message on Monday that rescue operation was in progress.

EFCC Arrests Uche Ogah Outside Lagos Court Premises

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Monday morning picked up the President of Masters Energy Oil and Gas Limited, Mr. Uche Ogah, outside the premises of a Lagos State Magistrates’ Court in Tinubu, Lagos Island.

Ogah was arrested soon as he stepped out the court premises after the forgery charges filed against him by the police were withdrawn.

Ogah, who was declared winner of the last governorship election in Abia State by Justice Okon Abang of a Federal High Court in Abuja on June 27, had on June 16 been arraigned by the police for alleged forgery.

But the police on Monday morning withdrew the charges.

When the case was called, the police prosecutor, Henry Obiazi, told the presiding magistrate, Mrs. Kikelomo Ayeye, that he had the instruction of the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, to withdraw the charges against Ogah and his co-defendants.

“I am instructed by the IGP to withdraw this case, as the issue is pending with the SFU,” Obiazi said.

The charges were consequently struck out by the court.

But as soon as Ogah stepped out of the court premises, he was arrested by the waiting EFCC operatives who drove him away in his own car.

A source at the EFCC said the commission had received a petition from the complainant in the case against Ogah.

The source said Ogah was being interrogated, adding that others would also be invited.

Ogah was, however, released on Monday evening after hours of questioning by the EFCC.

Ogah’s lawyer, Mr. Monday Ubani, disclosed this in a statement.

Ubani said the EFCC released his client after discovering that the petition against him had no substance.

He said, “At the EFCC office, we were confronted  with a petition written by the same Mrs. Bridget Adeosun, who coincidentally is also the complainant in the forgery charge that was earlier struck out by the magistrate court.

“We presented the same submission we made before the police to the EFCC which is that the subject matter in the forgery allegation bothers on a pure business transaction which my client had with Adeosun. We showed the commission’s officials documents about the business transaction and agreements reached by parties in the business. The EFCC investigators were shocked that these documents were never given to them where she received her payments.

“After reviewing our presentation, the EFCC officials asked my client to go home and come back another day to have interview with the petitioner.”

The other defendants in the charge which the police withdrew against Ogah were his company, Masters Energy Oil and Gas Limited and an ex-employee of United Bank for Africa, Deji Somoye.

The defendants were accused of conspiring with some persons still at large to forge a Memorandum of Understanding between Masters Energy Oil and Gas Limited and Mut-Hass Petroleum Limited sometime in March 2011.

Ogah and some other persons still at large were alleged to have forged the signature of Adeosun.

The defendants, however, pleaded not guilty after which they were admitted to bail in the sum of N200,000 each with one surety each in like sum.

But the case was struck out on Monday.

Why We Killed LTV Presenter – Robbery Suspect

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested six suspected members of the robbery gang that shot Segun Abayomi, a presenter of an independent programme on the Lagos Television, LTV, three weeks ago at Acme Road, Ogba area of Lagos.

The father of three was said to have been confirmed dead on arrival at a private hospital, where he was rushed to.

Late Abayomi, who was in the company of other journalists, was returning home after the production of his programme, when he was intercepted at 2a.m. by the robbery gang.

The suspects, who were paraded among other suspected criminals at the command’s headquarters, admitted to have carried out the operation but stated that they were not aware he was a journalist.

One of them, Taiwo Badmus, a bricklayer who claimed he joined the gang last year, said that their plan was not to kill anyone, but to collect the car and sell it to a waiting buyer.

According to Badmus, “on that day, we shot the man because he was struggling with us. I was not the one that shot him, Damy did. But Damy is not here now.

“We were driving along Acme Road when we blocked the man’s car. I can’t remember the type of car now because it was dark. Instead of him to cooperate, he was stubborn and Damy shot him on the head.

“We started shouting at him for shooting because that was not part of what we discussed. The situation changed our plan because we wanted to collect the car and sell to a man who was waiting for us at a mechanic workshop.

“We immediately left the scene, the man and the vehicle and went back to our base at Agege to arrange ourselves for another operation.

“Since I joined them last year, at times I got N10,000 and at other times N20,000, including phones and laptops from each operation. I use the money to feed myself. I am an orphan.”

The suspects, according to the command’s boss, Fatai Owoseni, would soon be charged to court.
