Man steals native doctor's wallet and this shocking thing happened (Photo)
A strange story has emerged in Ghana where a thief who stole a wallet from a native doctor was shocked when the item turned into a dangerous snake in his hands. The thief who tried to extricate the reptile from his hand to no avail reportedly went to the owner of the wallet and confessed what he did.
According to Adom Online, the incident left people baffled after they watched as a wallet turned into a deadly cobra in the hands of the thief as a result of black magic.
It was gathered that the 27-year-old thief identified only as Mdu, had snatched the wallet from the owner, not knowing that he was playing with fire as the owner is a known witch doctor, and when he tried to open it to see what he got for his efforts, the wallet turned into a cobra that wrapped itself around his hand.
An eyewitness revealed that the terrified thief tracked the native doctor who was about to board a taxi and confessed that he stole his wallet and wanted to return it.
“He stole a wallet from an old man; people around are just saying the old man is a Sangoma (native doctor), but no one knows the man around. When he snatched the wallet he went behind a billboard; that’s when the wallet turned into a snake.
Now he tracked the man and found him but the problem is the old fellow is denying his wallet. He even produced a pouch like a wallet as proof to show that the snake wallet wasn’t his.
The snake is not biting him but it's stuck in his hands as he failed to throw it way; this is first-grade black magic."
"The police just come after a commotion but they ignored the case. I am not sure what he is thinking right now but if the owner denies the wallet, they will have to visit a popular local sangoma to cast out the spell,” the witness said.

Herdsman Jailed 2 Years For Grazing In Ekiti
The Governor already warned them. Fayose does not joke! A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti has sentenced one Ali Haruna to two years imprisonment for taking his cows for grazing in a farmland in Ado-Ekiti and destroying crops.
The Magistrate, Idowu Ayenimo, in his judgement, said the accused was arraigned in his court on Jan 22, 2016 over a two-count charge of wilful and unlawful damage of farm crops at Ago Aduloju in Ado-Ekiti.
The 18-year-old Haruna was confirmed by the four prosecuting witnesses to have been caught in the midnight grazing his cow in the farm belonging to Abdulahi Yaho and Bello Mohammed.
The cash crops said to have destroyed by the cows in the farm included cassava, maize, okro and pepper, all valued at N3 million.
In his defence, the defendant had told the court that the owner of the cows lived in Ilorin, Kwara. The magistrate said that the court did not believe Haruna’s defence as it was not credible.
He held that the Police prosecutor, Mr Olasunkanmi Bankole, had proved his case beyond reasonable doubt. He thereby convicted the defendant as charged without option of fine.
The magistrate ordered that sentence should run concurrently, explaining that the term was minimal because the offence was committed before the Grazing Law was promulgated in the state.
The defence counsel, Mr Chris Omokhafe, had prayed the court to be liberal in the dispensation of justice, saying that he was a first offender.
Kano Court Remands Man For Defiling 12-Year Old Boy
A Kano Magistrates’ Court sitting in Audu Bako Secretariat today ordered the remand of a 25-year-old man, Mansir Sani, for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old boy.

The Prosecutors said that the defendant then forcefully had intercourse with the boy through his anus.
He said the boy was seriously injured and was rushed to Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital, Kano.
Sani pleaded not guilty to a one-count charge read to him.
The Chief Magistrate, Muhammad Jibril, ordered the remand of the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case till Sept. 29 for mention.
Queen of England's cousin becomes first member of royal family to come out as gay
Lord Ivar Mountbatten, a cousin of Queen Elizabeth, has become the first member of the British royal family to come out as gay.
Lord Ivar who has three children with ex-wife Penelope (Penny) Thompson, came out over the weekend saying he had struggled with his sexuality.
But now, he said he was happy to now be in a sexual partnership with James Coyle, an airline cabin services director.
The couple met while skiing in Verbier, Switzerland.
James shouted hello to Lord Mountbatten, who is something like 700th in line to the throne, thinking he was a guide he’d been skiing with earlier. There was a mutual attraction and it all snowballed from there. At the age of 53, Mountbatten finding love with a new man makes him the most senior aristocrat of his generation, and the first in the extended Royal Family, to come out as gay.
On how his ex-wife Penelope accepted his sexuality, he said:
"Penny was aware before we got married. I told her I was bisexual, that my attraction went both ways.
"She was understanding and I will always be grateful to her," said Mountbatten, who is the great-great-great-grandson of Queen Victoria.
"'Coming out' is such a funny phrase but it's what I suppose I did in a rather roundabout way, emerging to a place I'm happy to be.
"I have struggled with my sexuality and in some ways I still do; it has been a real journey to reach this point."
Earlier this year Prince William became the first member of the royal family to give an interview to a gay magazine.
