"Dear @iambisola, we the association of single parent are disappointed with your act on national TV few days ago.. I followed you because of your presence on social media. Anytime I go through your page whenever am tired from work or bored, I can't help but laugh and still praise you... When I now found out that you are a single mother and doing well for yourself with over 100,000 thousands loyal followers I said to myself, Funmi, when will you get here?. 

After what you did, I wonder what you do on a good day when no one is watching. While you were giving someone a head on national TV, weren't you thinking of throat cancer?Don't you love the daughter you hustling for that much how she will feel when she grows up? (Even the so-called married man doesn't even know if you have epileptic diseases and he left his private part to a total stranger..)after 10years when your princess is all grown up, someone somewhere will bring this act of yours, and she will never forgive you for this stupid act. 

Bisola, once you are a mother or father, your life, and what you do doesn't belong to you 100percent.. again. You must live a good legacy for your children to follow. What will you tell little princess if she comes home and tells you she gave someone she just met at a party a BJ when she grows up? 

Bisola, I dunno know how you were brought up but your life can be better, and you can make it better than your parent. 

Dear Bisola, the deed has been done. When you get out of big brother Nigeria, just go to GOD and ask him for forgiveness he's ever faithful and merciful. He will cleanse all sins and make your part straight again.. Just keep doing what you good at.. Make us laugh again..

Men now elope with their girlfriends because of high bride price in Tiv - Benue First lady

The wife of the Benue State Governor, Eunice Ortom, has appealed to Tor Tiv-elect, James Ayatse, to review bride-prices in Tiv land, to enable young men get married “when due”.
Mrs. Ortom made the appeal on Tuesday, when she paid a courtesy visit to the Tor Tiv-elect in Makurdi.
                             
She decried the high demands made on young men seeking to marry Tiv daughters, and described the situation as “very discouraging”.

“Such high demands discourage many bachelors from even attempting to get married; the result is that many young girls cannot find husbands,” she said.

The governor’s wife argued that such exorbitant charges were not part of Tiv culture.

“Such charges are imported; our traditional rulers should discard them,” she said.

While noting that bride-price payment was sacrosanct, she cautioned parents against selling their daughters “especially since the relationship between in-laws remains, long after such marriage rites”.

She said she regretted that many young men now preferred to elope with their loved ones owing to such huge monetary demands, and stressed the need to make the process affordable so as to restore the sanctity of the marriage institution.

Karrueche Tran Gets Restraining Order Against Chris Brown

Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend has reportedly got a restraining order. The R&B singer has apparently been ordered to stay away from Karrueche Tran after she filed legal documentation.

According to reports, she claimed in the documents that Chris has previously threatened her.
In a statement given earlier this month, she also allegedly said that the With You singer once "punched me in my stomach twice," and "pushed me down the stairs."

The legal docs also claim Chris has threatened to harm her friends and those close to her.

It comes just weeks after Chris admitted he's a 'stalker' kind of boyfriend.


The US singer went on a bizarre rant in the early hours of Tuesday morning about his love life.

“Ladies y’all be complaining about n***** being like stalkers, in love with y’all [and all] kinds of crazy s*** and get tired of it…well guess what? I’m one of them n*****, he said in the expletive-ridden clip.

Father Of Madonna's Adopted Twins Says They Never Told Him, The Girls Will Never Return

The father of the twin girls adopted by Madonna is reportedly shocked that the agreement is permanent. Adam Mwale - who was in court for the adoption hearing earlier this month claimed he was misled about the official agreement as he thought his children would be returned to him one day.
                     
He said: "I was told from the start that Esther and Stella were going to a rich woman's home abroad, that she would give them a good education, then return them to me, to live with me and help all of my family.

"Now you are telling me the adoption is permanent. That cannot be true - I don't want it to be true. I am their father and I will always be their father."


Mr Mwale claims he was told Madonna wanted to take the twins and educate them and when he consulted his late wife's family, they agreed it would be a fantastic opportunity for the girls and he should go ahead.

The 40-year-old farmer whose wife Patricia died while giving birth to the twins claimed a court appointed guardian told "terrible lies" and told the judge he had abandoned his family, including five other children aged between eight and 20, to marry another woman.

But he told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "It was me who took the girls to the orphanage after Patricia died. We had been happily married for many years.

We had a good family life. But when she gave birth to the twins, she lost a lot of blood and died."

Mr Mwale says he wanted help from the hospital to look after his twins, but was told that the orphanage was the best place for them. He says everyone in his village understood he just wanted the best for his daughters.

Mr Mwale remarried two years after Patricia's death but still visited the twins regularly at the orphanage and worked to pay for their education.

He said he used to cycle the four-hour round trip to the orphanage every day to see his daughters, and would take them dresses and gifts, and that they would sit on his lap and laugh and play with him.

While the court procedure was taking place, Adam spent 12 days away with his daughters.

He added that he believed his girls would get a "great education", something he could never afford, but that the whole thing was just temporary.

Dr Mary Shawa, from the Malawian ministry which processed the adoption said: "I can't say why the guardian told the court that Mr Mwale had abandoned his children. The judge said that was wrong."

Mr Mwale also alleges he was "repeatedly" told that Madonna would be like a foster mum to his daughters.

He says he knew they were going abroad but believed they would be coming back home and claims that the boss of the orphanage, where the girls lived, told him it was a good opportunity and that he should agree with everything in court.

Sean Kingston allegedly beaten up badly by Migos

                  
Sean Kingston was beaten up badly Tuesday and people on scene say Migos was the culprit. The story is bizarre and the group is not wanted by cops, at least not yet.
According to TMZ:

Law enforcement sources tell us it went down late afternoon at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Vegas. We're told Kingston and the guys from Migos got into it over an argument involving Soulja Boy and the 3 members of Migos beat Sean badly, allegedly kicking him and stomping on his head.

Law enforcement tells us someone from Sean's camp pulled out a gun and fired once, but didn't hit anyone. That person was detained by security and turned over to the Vegas PD.

By the time cops arrived both Sean and Migos had left. A short time later Sean was pulled over for a traffic stop and became "semi-cooperative," though he did not name names.

We're told police want to speak with Migos, but they are quick to add members of the group are not "wanted" by cops.

Tells Schools To Conduct Thursdays Assembly In Yoruba-Lagos State Govt

In order to prevent Nigerian culture from been eroded, Lagos State Government yesterday directed schools in Education District 1 to conduct their Thursday Assembly sessions in Yoruba language, a mother language for the state, just as it launched a teacher’s guide for the exercise.

Meantime, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO, and Lagos State Government also asked teachers and parents to desist from discouraging students who speak their local languages within school premises.

UNESCO Director-General, Irina Bokova, and Tutor-General and Permanent Secretary, Education District 1, Dr. Oluyinka Ayandele, made the appeal at this year’s International Mother Language Day, IMLD, themed “Towards Sustainable Future through Multilingual Education,” held at Government Senior College, Agege Local Government.


Ayandele, after unveiling the handbook, explained that the Thursday model was tailored after the similar development at the State House of Assembly, where the lawmakers deliberate in Yoruba language on Thursdays. She noted that through the book and the usage of Yoruba on the assembly ground weekly, the culture would be preserved, saying “Our culture is so rich and we all must embrace it.”

The TG/PS stressed that it was a thing of joy for the state to have a rich culture and her tenure would not relent in promoting and ensuring that students embrace it.

“We will no longer ban or scold any students who speak their mother tongue in school premises which will encourage and boost their learning. Research has shown that children can learn over seven languages. So why are we short-changing the children by stopping them since it is not bad for them to speak their mother language,” she added.

Female Assassins That Assasinate Kim Jong Nam Claim They Thought They Were Taken Part In A Tv Prank

Police have dismissed claims that two women accused of murdering Kim Jong-nam thought they were taking part in a TV show prank.

The half-brother of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, died after being squirted with poison at Kuala Lumpur airport last week.

Vietnamese suspect, Duan Thi Huong, 29, and Siti Aishah, from Indonesia, told police they were offered cash to be part of a stunt.

But Malaysian authorities have said the women are lying and knew they were administering a poison.

Police chief Khalid Abu Bakar said both women wiped a liquid, containing a yet unidentified toxic substance, on Kim Jong Nam's face.

"Yes, the two female suspects knew that the substance they had were toxic," he said.

"We don't know what kind of chemical was used.

"They used their bare hands," he said, adding they were instructed to wash their hands afterwards.

It comes as police also revealed they are hunting one suspect who works in the North Korean embassy, and another for the state airline.

N23m company bus disappears while NNPC Driver was at lovers house

                       
Wasiu Aliyu, a driver at Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), is in trouble after he woke up at his lover’s house on Assfood street, Oriola, Alapere, Lagos and discovered that the staff bus, N23m Toyota Hiace, had been stolen.
Punch reports that, Aliyu, a casual worker, was arraigned on Monday on two counts of stealing in an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court.

A neighbor of the girlfriend had

alerted the father of two children, around 4am that he saw some strange faces inside the bus. As Aliyu rushed out to know what was happening, the thieves reportedly zoomed off.

The 36-year-old indigene of Ilorin, Kwara State, was said to have reported the alleged theft at the Alapere Police Station and informed a manager of Doset Civil Engineering, which owned the vehicle.

Aliyu told the police that he had been driving the bus for over three years, stating that he had no hand in the stealing.

He said: “I was employed by the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation as a casual worker sometime in 2014. At about 8pm on January 21, I went to my girlfriend’s house in Oriola to pass the night. A man came to wake me up around 4am that he saw sys inside the bus. Before I got to where the bus was, they had left with it. It was a mistake that I parked the bus on the street becaome bouse there is no security there."

The manager, Osele Philips, in his statement, stated that a specific and safe garage was provided for the driver to park the vehicle, saying the company suspected a foul play.

Whistle-Blower Exposes N8.4b Fake Bank Account in Ekobank

                
The huge deposit has been traced to a bank which is believed to have assisted the money launderers to convert the cash to dollars.

There was suspicion last night that the cash may have been wired into some foreign accounts, but the government has filed an ex parte motion to place it under temporary assets forfeiture.

A telecommunications company has gone to court, claiming ownership of the money, The Nation learnt.
A whistle-blower alerted the government to strange deposits into the ECOBANK account by some suspected government officials.

Of the many deposits, about N8.4billion was singled out for investigation in the interim.

A source involved in the investigation said: “A whistle-blower alerted the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation, leading to the involvement of the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission( EFCC) in the investigation.

“The probe of the account by detectives showed that the funds were routed through the account of a telecoms giant but there was no disclosure of the signatories to the account.

“Also, the list of depositors into the account was unknown but the sequence of deposits was tracked by detectives.”

The source confirmed that an ex -parte application had been filed at the Federal High Court 11 in Lagos, presided over by Justice Abdulazeez Anka, to recover the cash under temporary forfeiture.

The matter is coming up on March 3 for hearing.

The Federal Government has hired two lawyers, Mr. John Samuel Opeyemi and Mr. Oluwafemi O. Aweda, to recover the funds.

Another source also privy to the investigation said the probe so far indicated that the cash paid into the account could be over N10billlion.

The source added: “Detectives stumbled on separate deposit of N5billion and N4billion. But investigation is at present concentrated on the recovery of N8.4billion, which was changed to dollars and probably wired into some accounts abroad.

“A telecommunications giant has approached the court to claim the ownership of the cash.

“We have been demanding for the list of signatories to this account but it is yet to be provided.

The Minister of Information, Alh. Lai Mohammed, on February 12 said the whistle-blower policy had started yielding fruits, with the recovery of US$151 million and N8billion.

The Minister said: “The looted funds, which do not include the $9.2 million in cash allegedly owned by a former Group Managing Director of the NNPC (which was also a dividend of the whistle-blower policy), were recovered from just three sources through whistle-blowers who gave actionable information to the office of the Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation.

“The biggest amount of $136,676,600.51 was recovered from an account in a commercial bank, where the money was kept under an apparently fake account name, followed by
N7billion  and $15million from another person and  N1billion  from yet another.

‘’When we told Nigerians that there was a primitive and mindless looting of the national treasury under the last administration, some people called us liars.

“Well, the whistle-blower policy is barely two months old and Nigerians have started feeling its impact, seeing how a few people squirrelled away public funds.

“It is doubtful if any economy in the world will not feel the impact of such mind-boggling looting of the treasury as was experienced in Nigeria.

‘’Yet whatever has been recovered so far, including the $9.8million by the EFCC, is just a tip of the iceberg.”
