Chris Brown Baby Mama Nia Guzman have been denied Full Baby Custody

Chris Brown’s court battle with Nia Guzman, has reached a conclusion after his former flame is denied full custody of their c

hild and she has been ordered to pay back the singer the attorney fees he gave her.

According to TMZ, insiders linked with the 27-year-old star revealed that every request regarding custody of their daughter was struck out by the Californian judge.

The site claims the 33-year-old was reportedly looking for full custody of Royalty as well as having Chris’ visits monitored, deny his mother the right to see the child and to have him submit to drug tests.

Despite her attempts, TMZ say Guzman lost out on all her requests with every single one being denied by the judge. Instead, the judge maintained joint custody for the former couple with Chris continuing to have his daughter for 12 days a month.

Aside from issues regarding Royalty, Nia previously had filed for her legal documents for a change in custody when the judge had ordered him to pay her $20,000 to afford a lawyer for the case.

However, as Nia lost out on all requests, the judge insisted she was no longer entitled to the money and gave the Hip Hop singer a credit.

N11.23 Billion Fraud Uncovered At NPA, Three Popular Banks Involved

The new management of the Nigerian Ports Authority has uncovered fraud totalling N11.23 billion at the agency, officials familiar with the matter have told PREMIUM TIMES.
The officials said the Managing Director, Hadiza Bala Usman, and her executive directors have since their assumption of duties on July 18 been poring through the books of the maritime agency.

So far, this newspaper learnt, a series of transactions suspected to be fraudulent and amounting to N11.23billion have been uncovered.

Of the amount, $24.1million (N7.47billion at N310 per dollar) was traced to Heritage Bank, the successor bank to the defunct Societe Generale Bank owned by the Saraki family.

Insiders said the funds were collected by the bank as revenue for NPA, but that the financial house, in collusion with some officials of the maritime agency, failed to move it into NPA’s Treasury Single Account with the Central Bank of Nigeria.

“They were hiding the money there, land earning interests,” one official said.
The former management of the agency also failed to disclose the funds in the handover note passed to the Ms. Bala Usman-led team, our sources said.

Another six million Euros (N2.09billion at N348 to a dollar) were found concealed in two banks – First Bank of Nigeria and First City Monument Bank, our sources said.

Yet another $5.4million (N1.67billion at N310 to a dollar) belonging to the NPA was moved to TSA accounts in the CBN different from those belonging to the maritime agency, insiders say.

It remains unclear what the new NPA management is doing to recover the funds, but our sources said Ms. Bala Usman already contacted Heritage Bank, First Bank and FCMB directing them to release the agency’s funds in their custody.

Heritage Bank’s officials were quoted to have claimed that releasing the funds might lead to the collapse of their bank.

When contacted, the NPA managing director confirmed that her team had been receiving briefings and looking into the books of the agency in the past weeks.
She said some revenue leakages and hidden funds had been located but that she was not ready to provide details because the minister supervising the authority had not been briefed.

PREMIUM TIMES became aware of the fraud in the NPA hours after Ms. Bala Usman indicated that her management would audit funds sunk into dredging projects.
Ms. Bala Usman made the disclosure to journalists at the end of her tour of Calabar port, which many stakeholders suggested should be dredged to accommodate bigger ocean-going vessels.

According to her, there is need to look at some of the funds expended on capital and maintenance dredging.

She said that funds used for such dredging projects in the past “should not be that high’’.
“It’s good time for us to compare capital dredging and maintenance dredging,’’ the News Agency of NIgeria quoted the managing director as saying.

Linda Ikeji openly apologies for raising false alarm claiming #SaveMayowa was a scam

After it has been confirmed that truly, Mayowa Ahmed is really sick and needs urgent medical attention in Dubai, popular blogger, Linda Ikeji who had earlier posted the viral story that the #SaveMayowa campaign was a scam has openly apologized for jumping into quick conclusions.

See what she wrote below...

"People who know me well will tell you that the easiest and fastest way to get money out of me is to tell me you're sick. I hate seeing people that helpless. Over the years, I've donated and also used my platform to raise money for several sick people, including Mayowa Ahmed. Early morning on July 28th, I received a call saying the #SaveMayowa campaign was a scam. That the lady was terminally ill and the family had no intentions of using the money raised for her health to treat her as they had no invite from the hospital in Atlanta, neither did she even have a visa to the US. Please continue...

They wanted me to blog it quickly so people could stop donating. I found it hard to believe at first but it was coming from people who were directly involved in raising money for the sick girl. I sent someone to LUTH to investigate, he got there and found chaos. The Police was already involved, people were being questioned, some folks were shouting, he spoke to people in the hospital and many seemed confused. I spoke with those who had called me, and they said 1000%, the whole thing was a scam.

And I sincerely believe that at the time they told me this, they genuinely believed it to be a fact. I don't think it was done maliciously. After they sent me documents showing the hospital in Atlanta was not really involved in Mayowa's treatment and LUTH medical directors denied knowledge of a fund raising for the sick girl, I believed it to also be a fact! And I wrote it. My mistake, I think, was owning the story, I probably should have quoted them. And maybe investigated more. My apologies to the family! The post has since been taken down.

After investing properly, the police found it wasn't a scam, that it was more a miscommunication between the parties helping to raise funds and the girl's family. I spoke about the issue with the Lagos police PPRO and she assured me that the family didn't have bad intentions.

What I am happy about is that; even if the family had had dubious intentions initially, now they can't do any of that, as everyone is now watching. So maybe a good thing came out of the whole chaos.

The happy news is that Mayowa has been flown to South Africa for treatment. She left Nigeria on Thursday August 11th.

May God use her case to show that He is God!
Let's continue to pray for her!"

Abdulkareem Tunde Abdulrahman Killed In Father’s House In Ilorin

Contrary to the initial belief that a member of the Kwara State chapter of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), Dr Abdulkareem Tunde Abdulrahman, was missing, the medical officer was allegedly clubbed to death in his father’s residence in Ilorin.
The victim, it was learnt at the weekend, was killed around 1am on July 24, the exact day he was declared missing.
Prime suspect in the murder, Jamiu Mohammed, who is a son of the private security guard at the residence of the deceased’s father, Barrister Abdulrahman Alarape Adeyi at Plot 3, Professor Awe Close, Off Abdulkareem Adisa Street, GRA, Ilorin, is now at large.
He allegedly perpetrated the heinous crime in connivance with two others, said to be undergoing interrogation in the detention facility of security operatives.
The Herald On Sunday gathered that the suspect, an ex-convict alongside two other accomplices stormed the room of the deceased in the dead of the night and used harmful objects to hack him to death in his father’s residence.
The lifeless body of the medical doctor was said to have been smuggled in his Toyota Corolla car and driven out that night to an unknown destination.
A family source told our correspondent that the father of the prime suspect, who is a security guard at the deceased father’s residence, feigned ignorance at the time the murder was committed.
It was learnt that series of efforts by the police to extract information on the whereabouts of the doctor from the guard proved futile until security operatives waded in.
The Herald On Sunday was told that the guard denied severally ever knowing anything about the death of 34-year old Tunde Abdulrahman, whose wedding programme was to start on August 13 this year.
The prime suspect allegedly terminated the life of the medical doctor to avenge the death of his mother who died of cholera two years ago, even though the parent of the late doctor shouldered the expenses for the burial of the suspect’s late mother.
A source confided in our correspondent that the suspect and his siblings, who have been living in the deceased father’s residence in the last ten years, were unhappy over the demise of their mother and thus sought all avenues to take revenge.
The deceased’s two mobile phones were allegedly tracked and later found in the possession of two other suspects, who are currently helping security personnel to unravel how and why the life of Tunde Abdulrahman was terminated.
The Herald On Sunday also gathered that the prime suspect was also seen by yet to be identified persons around Challenge area in Ilorin cruising in the deceased’s car shortly after committing the crime but later vanished into thin air.
He also made away with all the belongings of the deceased in his room, it was learnt.
The father of the suspect, a Bennoise, was reported to be providing clues on how the doctor was killed and his corpse driven away to unknown destination.
A source said, “On the day Tunde (Abdulrahman) was declared missing, the father of the suspect claimed the deceased drove himself out around 5am without telling anyone where he was heading to.
“The father of the suspect did not initially cooperate with the security personnel. He denied ever knowing anything about the death of Tunde Abdulrahman. When they mounted pressure on him, he started making confessional statements.
“He has told them (security team) that it was his son, Jamiu, who connived with other accomplices to kill our son. They came in the afternoon of the preceding day of the incident under the pretense of making inquiry on unknown issues. Unknown to Tunde (the deceased), they deliberately came to assess the environment in preparation for the evil plot to be committed later that night.

“To our surprise, the prime suspect who was released from Prison in March this year for a certain criminal offence, on that fateful night, came with his accomplices and they went straight into the apartment of Tunde where they hacked him to death in his room.
“After accomplished their heinous mission, they dragged his body into the booth of his car and drove away to an unknown destination. It was when his two mobile phones were tracked that the truth started coming out about how and who killed him”.
Abdulrahman was until his gruesome murder, a medical officer with Hospital Management Bureau, deployed to General Hospital in Omu- Aran, Irepodun Local Government Area of the state.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi confirmed the arrest of some suspects who are now undergoing interrogation with security operatives.
The Chairman, Nigeria Medical Association, Kwara State branch, Dr. Kunle Olawepo, on July 31, raised the alarm that a doctor in the state, Dr AbdulKareem Tunde-AbdulRahman, was missing.
He said Tunde-AbdulRahman, who is a member of NMA, Kwara State branch, drove out in his navy blue Toyota Corolla car, from his residence in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, at 6am last Sunday and had since not been seen.
It was gathered that the missing doctor wore a shirt and trousers as of the time he left his Ilorin residence.
Olawepo, who spoke with journalists in Ilorin, said the missing doctor was working with the Kwara State Government and was posted to the General Hospital, Omu-Aran, lrepodun Local Government Area of the state.
He added that Tunde-AbdulRahman was living in Omu-Aran, where he worked, but at weekends, stayed in his father’s residence in Ilorin.
Olawepo said, “The missing doctor was seen last Sunday morning before he drove out of the house. Since then, we have not seen him. There is no lead to his whereabouts.”
He stated that members of the association had made efforts to find him.

Oscar Pistorius On Suicide Watch As He Accuses Nurses Of Wanting To Take His Life

Oscar Pistorius is reportedly on suicide watch after sustaining wrist injuries in jail last week. The Paralympian has however denied trying to commit suicide.

Pistorius who is serving a six-year prison sentence for murdering girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was rushed to hospital last Saturday with slashed wrists.

Officers who searched his cell reportedly found blades, but Pistorius and his family denied he was trying to commit suicide. instead insisting he had fallen out of bed.

However, South Africa's Eyewitness News is now reporting that he is under suicide watch at the Kgosi Mampuru Prison. It also says he has filed a complaint against three nurses at the prison, saying they attempted to kill him.

He reportedly claims they gave him medication which was “toxic” and has had a request move to a different prison denied.

His legal team have attacked the prosecution’s decision to appeal his prison sentence for murder. They claim Oscar’s case has become “too personal” for prosecutor Gerrie Nel.

A defence source said: “Any decent human being will say the man has suffered enough, let this verdict lie." They also revealed how the 29-year-old Paralympian was “very upset”, languishing in a tiny cell in solitary confinement.

The source said: “Oscar is back in exactly the same cell, we all know he’s suffering enough but tell Nell that, he doesn’t know that, it’s become too personal for him.

“I feel enough is enough. I don’t know what he has against Oscar, I’m very disillusioned about it.

“He’s in (his cell) more or less 24 hours a day, they open the cell for about six hours but just for him to walk up and down the passageway, there’s nothing there.

“He can’t go into a recreational hall or a dining room or an exercise yard or a gym because they are keeping him away from the other prisoners entirely because they are so concerned about his safety.

“They have a tiny room for him with two of three small training things, nothing much, very limited equipment, but he cant go to the big gym.

“There is no TV, no desk, he only has a narrow bed and nothing else. He has no window, no natural light, he doesn’t see any natural light. His cell is three metres by three metres.

“He’s accepted the new sentence but he’s not a happy man. The cell is very lonely.”

A prosecution source said in response: “No comment. We are doing what we are entitled to do under the law.”

Basketmouth Speaks On Tiwa's Marriage, Feud With Davido & More

Ace comedian, Basket Mouth has addressed how celebrities go on social media to talk about their private lives instead of them doing it the way of the old. Basket Mouth revealed this on Saturday on The Gist which was aired on Hip TV. Hear him;

“To a large extent, I think there are a lot of people abusing the use of social media, I am sorry. Most of us artistes realizing that we have I, 2, 3 or 4 million people following us and you know that when you say something, a lot of people are going to react.

“It is like drug; you can’t contain yourself and start saying some crap. You are like a god having a lot of followers, whatever you tell them to do, they do. Continue....

“I am okay with people who go on social media to rant but I am against those who have turned it into a church to settle family issues. Normally, if you have a marital problem, you call your wife one on one. If you cannot contain it, you call in the parents. That’s how I saw it when I was growing up which is the culture I have embraced.

“That kind of situation shouldn’t be taken to social media and let people who have never been married, have no idea about what marriage is all about, say stuff about your marriage.”

“There are a lot of people with mental problem who have phone and data, you then give them the access to talk trash about your personal life.

“In Teebillz situation, the way he spoke on social media really appeared as though he was going to commit suicide and said horrible things to his father.

“Those words were words you say and just die, but now that he is still alive, how would he face his father? It would have been better if he had just written a letter to the man instead of putting it online. Unfortunately again, he went to blast his wife and his wife’s mother. These are things that shouldn’t be put online.

“Another thing is that Tiwa has a larger following than Teebillz, after Tiwa blasted him, it was extreme and it crushed him. He had no comeback; there is no comeback to things like that.”

The comedian admitted that he has also come close to losing his cool on social media over a matter that involved Davido, Afro-pop singer.

While making it clear that he’s not one to shy away from saying his mind, Basketmouth stressed that he would rather do it face to face than behind the mask of the internet.

“I do not get on social media walls because I want to increase following, mine is, if you come at me, if I feel the need to address you, I will. But 99% of the time, I would not say anything about it.

“There are so many times that I allow issues to slide, for instance, I said a joke that happened to be out of context about Davido; Davido was really upset. He didn’t come at me but I was a little bit shaded with what he said. I wanted to react but instead, I apologised.

“Personally for me, war should be war, come and say whatever you want to say to my face. It is wise for you not to bring out your personal issues on social media and that’s what I stand for.

“If it is a clap back at an artiste like yourself, then it is your choice. Once it gets to family, let those ones be in your house, let your Instagram and twitter group be between you, her father, her mother and herself.”

Shocking! Catholic Priest Married 2 Wives In Kaduna As Second Wife Blows The Whistle

Parishioners at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, Kakuri parish, Kaduna State, are still in shock following revelation that the parish priest, Very Reverend Father Peter Zuni, 54, was engaged in a secret marriage to two women, an act that led to his being disrobed and sacked from the priesthood.

Sunday Sun gathered that one of the wives is already late, while the surviving one who blew the whistle about three weeks ago over the secret marriage is said to be nursing a child for the embattled priest.

According to the doctrine of the Catholic Church, only unmarried men are ordained into the priesthood as they are obligated to swear to an oath of celibacy and observe perfect and perpetual service for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. This, it is believed, would enable the priests to easily remain close to Christ with an undivided heart, and dedicate themselves more freely to the service of God and the congregation.

When Sunday Sun visited the premises of the Queen of the Apostles parish, some parishioners confirmed the report, which they said was initially thought to be mere rumour.
The parishioners who spoke on condition of anonymity said they were shocked and surprised to learn of a petition to the Bishop of Kaduna Archdiocese, Bishop Ndagoso Manoso, that two women had children for their parish priest, an act considered to be an abomination and grave sin against the Catholic doctrine.

They pointed out that in order to cover up the priest’s ‘sin’ from spreading to the larger public, the Archdiocese allegedly organised a send off for the embattled priest to a remote village in Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

“During the send off, the priest was not allowed to make a farewell speech, and many people refused to take photographs with him. There was little or no felicitation with him because most of the time he was seen standing aloof under a mango tree without anybody going close to him.

“Nobody can say when the priest committed the alleged sinful act. If it happened before his ordination, he wouldn’t have been ordained, so probably it was after his ordination, and you know, God does not sleep, no matter the length of cover up, one day the bubble will burst. And the bubble has burst now,” the parishioner said.

However, when Sunday Sun contacted the disrobed priest on his telephone line, and sought comments on his alleged controversial transfer from the city to a remote village, he said:
“Nobody is ordained to remain and work in the city. I have spent five years as parish priest of Queen of Apostles, so I can work anywhere, city or village.”

On the allegation of his involvement in secret marriage to two women who bore children for him even as a Catholic priest, he neither denied nor confirmed the allegation. Rather he said:
“I find it difficult myself to believe what people are saying about me. I will not comment on it now. I will follow due process to invite you for an interview, but I am afraid, the newspaper of the archdiocese, The Cross News, may carry this story before you (Sunday Sun).”

Women Can Only Cook For Their Husbands If They Are Not Busy- Lola Rae

Lola Rae is gradually finding her way into the Nigerian music scene or maybe she has if you are a music lover. The 25-year old in a chat with Samuel Olatunji has however defended women who hardly cook for their husbands. Lola says, please don’t blame them especially if they have a career. According to her she can cook for her husband if she is a full house wife, but in this case whereby she has a striving career she might not be able to do that despite she loves to cook. Hear her;

“Yes, I was brought up in a home where my mum cooked for my dad every single day, but she was a housewife. My thought is if you have the time, it is okay to cook for your husband, but in a situation where you are a career woman and don’t have the time to cook, there are ways you can go about it. You can hire someone to do the cooking for you or cook in bulk on weekends and store in the freezer.”

Speaking further, she said she would cook if she had the time. “Definitely, if I have the time, I will cook because I love to do so. If God allows me and gives me the time do that, I will cook every day.”

There's so much hatred in Nigerian entertainment industry'- Tinsel Star, Aisha Shaba talks about Nollywood, heartbreaks and lots more

In an interview with KFB, Tinsel starlet, Aisha Shaba talks about so much hatred in the entertainment industry, how her young heart has been broken several times by Nigerian boys and lots more...Enjoy

You were in Tinsel for a while, why did you leave?
I left Tinsel in 2011 to go and do a reality show in America, called the Spirited Actor. It is now called Top Actor on BET. But we were the ones that started that journey back then.
Then after that i did a TV programme called Project Sworn. on Spice TV and then did lots of short films with Mnet. I also did some TV series.

Before the movies what were you into?
I'm actually an economist. i studied international economy and finance. Stock brooking was my market, so i was majorly on the field.

So how did you suddenly become an actress because there seem to be no link with your field of study?
One fateful day, i was in the living room with my sister and i was mocking her because she had failed an audition. She was not happy about it all. I was trying to play with her by showing her how she should do it next time. But she was like ''do you know you can act?'. So i decided to give it a shot.
I heard about Tinsel Audition. Then i went for it.
I met about 3000 people, but i got picked for the role. That was my first ever acting, i mean i have never even thought about acting until Tinsel came my way. It was my first introduction to acting.

For you to have floored over 3000 people who were auditioned for same role in Tinsel, what makes you thick and unique?
I think i am just one of the most humble people on earth. It is just about the fame but hard work and humility. I always get excited when i get roles to play. especially the ones where they are lots of costumes to make me look so much unlike me. I also like being a regular person all the time.
However all the actress out there are all great, they all have got something special in them. They all have the 'it'.

You have been out there in other parts of the world and gathered some experiences too, are there somethings Nigerian entertainment industry is not getting right?
The fact that we don't love and support other actors. They are lots of space in the sky for a billion stars. So pick your brothers up, pick your sisters up. If you know about any audition, spread the message. We are all in this journey together.

Are your seriously beefing anyone who is hating on you?
Well, not really but its just the Nigerian entertainment industry life. I won't mention names but it is not good and doesn't help at all.

Which set of Nigerian actors do you admire?
I like Chris Attoh, he is one of my mentors. Ireti Doyle and Ufuoma, i love them both too.

Do you have a crush on any of the male actors?
None! not all.

It's glaring you were born with a sliver spoon, tell us about your growing up days?
Yeah! I was born with a silver spoon.! I am not ashamed to say it because that's how God made it. Meanwhile, growing up days was fun. I have four amazing sisters. We lived happily with so much fun.
I schooled in England from the age of 10.

Since you practically lived all your life in England, what brought you back to Nigeria?
I came back to Nigeria hoping to go into office work, maybe in the ministry or something like that. But as i was still at it when acting found me and the journey has been interesting.

What could break you and make you cry?
Lots of things. i am a very emotional person. Ask my friends and they would tell you 'Aisha cries a lot'. I can't really pick a particular reason why i cry but i do.

Does heart break make you cry?
Of course. I have been heartbroken several times and i cried. All these Nigerian boys be breaking somebody's heart anyhow and disrespecting us. I can't count them because them plenty. It was hurtful but i have since moved on.
So are you dating any Nigerian guy now?
I'm not going to tell you (laughs).

What's your ideal kind of man?
We can't help it sometimes. I love to love. I like smart guys, handsome, tall, intelligent and of course God fearing. My guy should love to read and also very ambitious.

Will you ever fight a woman over a man?
No! Never, i can never fight over a man. I have no business
with any lady my man decides to move on to. I believe moving to another relationship is the decision the guy make and i have to respect him for that and just walk way. I have never fought over a man.
