Police Bust Malia Obama At Wild Party As She's Rushed Out By Secret Service

Malia Obama was reportedly a guest at a wild party on Martha’s Vineyard that police ended up coming to break up last week.

The 18-year-old is with parents President Barack Obama, first lady Michelle and sister Sasha on their final vacation as First Family on the Massachusetts island.

Malia went to the party at the private home in West Tisbury near the presidential summer retreat, the Boston Herald reported, but was escorted home right as officers responded to a noise complaint.

West Tisbury police declined to confirm if the first daughter was one of the partygoers ushered out of the bash, citing ‘national security’ to the newspaper.

They did elaborate that they ‘responded to a noise complaint, like we do numerous times this time of year.

‘We told them to go home and they did.’

Earlier this month, she was pictured taking a drag of what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette at the Lollapalooza concert in Chicago.

MY HUSBAND GIVES ME 10NAIRA AS FEEDING ALLOWANCE

An Ojaoba Panel of Sharia Court of Arbitration in Ibadan on Friday heard that Abdulrasheed Yusuf, gives his wife, Sidikat, N10 per meal as upkeep allowance for family of six.   Sidikat had asked the court to dissolve her 18-year-old marriage to Yusuf for alleged infidelity and starvation. “He was giving me N10 as feeding allowance either as breakfast or lunch because he said he just lost his job. “Even when he got another job, Yusuf did not change and in fact, the situation worsened as we continued to depend on concoction.   “Yusuf, most of the times fed on bread and egg with sardine while the children and I took gari or eba. “My lord, right from the beginning of my stay with Yusuf as his wife, I started experiencing different kinds of bad treatment of which starvation was number one.   “Worst still, Yusuf started having sexual intercourse with my younger sister who came to assist me when I was sick and in fact impregnated her. “My lord, I still managed to endure with him for 10 years and when I saw that things will not change, I moved out of his house.   “As if those are not enough, he could not pay for any of his children hospital bill, let alone mine. “During our wedding, so as to make things easy for him, I barely requested him to give me my favourite Islamic music cassette as my bride price and I am ready to refund it,” Sidikat explained. Sidikat also said that her husband impregnated her younger sister.   However, Yusuf strongly opposed the divorce, but failed to address any of the fundamental issues of starvation and infidelity raised by his wife. “My lord, till the end of time, I am not parting ways with Sidikat. “I am ready to welcome her back into my home any day anytime,” Yusuf said.   In his judgment, the President of the court, Sheikh Hamad Tirmisiyu, held that it was terrible for any husband to be so irresponsible to the extent of being unable to fend for his household. He added that Sharia considered inability of a husband to adequately provide for his family as a wicked act and ungodly.   “Obviously, there is no true love between Sidikat and Yusuf because the husband cannot respond to the fundamental issues raised by the wife. “Accordingly, Sidikat shall refund the Islamic cassette which stood as bride price on wedding day to Yusuf. “The children shall determine who to stay with between Sidikat and Yusuf. “In addition, Yusuf shall pay a monthly feeding allowance of N10, 000 for the upkeep of the four children until they are ready to stay with him,” he said.

43 Die Including A Police Man After Raid On 'Cartel Hideout'

Mexican police executed 22 suspected gangsters, torturing two of them and burning some of the bodies, a human rights group says.
The massacre took place when federal officers, along with a Black Hawk helicopter, stormed a ranch where alleged members Jalisco New Generation Cartel were hiding.
A total of 42 suspects and one police officer were killed in the raid , according to government's National Human Rights Commission.
Family members and forensic experts believe some were gunned down as they tried to escape.
Most appear to have been sleeping on a verandah and then scattered when the police showed up.
Raul Gonzalez, the president of the CNDH, said police lied about their role during the incident, moved seven bodies and shifted weapons to manipulate the scene.
Police tortured two people they arrested, and burned two bodies, Gonzalez added.
He said: "We established facts that imply grave human rights violations attributable to public servants of the federal police.
The ambush took place near the small town of Tanhuato in the violent western state of Michoacan.

"He promised to do some charms for me so that I would not be caught and he promised to pay me N6,000" 35 Years Kidnapper

A 35-year-old barber, Uche Emeroha, and a prophet, Kenneth Alozie, were paraded by the police on Thursday for allegedly abducting two sisters, who were returning from a summer class in the Igando area of Lagos State.
Emeroha said Prophet Alozie allegedly promised to pay him N6,000 if he could abduct and bring two children to his church, Hope in God Healing Ministry in the Agboroko area, Iyana Iba.

Jumia, six, and four-year-old Ayomide – were abducted on Olorunfemi Street in the Igando area while returning from the summer class around 2pm on Tuesday.

It had been reported that the children, whose mother is a widow, were rescued by police operatives
from the Igando division around 7pm on Wednesday and two suspected abductors were arrested.

Punch reports that Emeroha, after allegedly abducting the girls on their way back home, had handed them over to a woman identified as Mama Chioma, who then took them to Alozie’s church.

According to the police, Emeroha was the first suspect to be arrested and he, thereafter, led operatives to the hideout, where Alozie had hidden the girls.

Alozie, who claimed to be a prophet, was also arrested.

It was gathered that Mama Chioma was still on the run.

Speaking to PUNCH Metro at the Lagos State Police Command headquarters, Ikeja, on Thursday, Emeroha said when he went to Alozie’s church for counselling, the prophet promised to fortify him with a charm, so that he (Emeroha) could be bringing stolen children to the church.

He said:

“I am not married. I did not know the girls before that day. I worked as a barber on that street. One woman, Mama Chioma, was the one who introduced me to the prophet. She collected my phone number from my girlfriend. She took me to the prophet for counselling. I think she and the prophet worked together.
“When I met the prophet on Tuesday, he asked me to abduct some children. He promised to do some charms for me so that I would not be caught and he promised to pay me N6,000. That was the first time I would run such errand.
“When I came back to the area, I saw the girls returning home. I accosted them and lied that their mother asked me to buy some soft drinks for them. They did not struggle with me. I carried the younger one and held the hand of her sister. Mama Chioma was already waiting at Akesan bus stop to receive them. I recently moved to the area to work as a barber. I was living in Abuja.”
Alozie, however, denied sending Emeroha on the errand, saying he only prayed for the barber during the counselling.

He said:

“I did not know him before that Tuesday. Mama Chioma is my member. She usually brings people, who have one problem or the other to me, so that I could pray for them. I am not a herbalist.
“I was at home on Tuesday when the woman brought this man. I counselled and prayed for him. I only wanted to solve his problems. Later on Tuesday when Mama Chioma brought the girls, she said they were Emeroha’s children and his wife had abandoned him because of his challenges.”
The older girl, Jumia, told PUNCH Metro that Mama Chioma took her and her sister to an unfamiliar house, gave them food and plaited their hair.
She said:

“The man, who took us away, said mummy asked him to buy some drinks for us. He later gave us to one woman. The woman took us on a bus to a place. She put us in one house and gave us food. She gave us rice and soup.
“She later carried us to one man’s place. She also plaited our hair. Later, the police came and carried us to the station. The police now took us back to mummy.”
The mother of the rescued girls, who identified herself as Iya Ayo, said it was a boy in the area who caught a glimpse of Emeroha escaping with the girls.

She said:
“My children were found around 6pm in the Agboroko community, towards Okoko. I thanked the God of Christ Apostolic Church. When I initially discovered that my children were abducted while returning home, I searched the whole area trying to trace them.
“I usually grill corn in the area since the death of my husband three years ago. It was a boy in our area who caught a glimpse of the barber escaping with the girls. I also thank the police for their efforts.”
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, who paraded the suspects, said the police were on the trail of Mama Chioma, who was believed to have other victims in her custody.

He said:

“The woman is also known as chairlady. She is being hunted now. We are going to find out if she does not have other victims. But we have the two suspects – the barber and the prophet – with us. The police want parents to take more proper care of their children to avoid them falling preys to abductors. Investigation is ongoing.”

21 Years Old Barber & Crew Attacked his Blood Sister, Raped His Sister & Maid

A 21-year-old barber, who allegedly led a gang of armed robbers to rob his elder sister and her husband in Ijoko area of Lagos, has claimed that although he knew about the robbery, he was not part of it.
According to John Ige Damilola, who was paraded alongside a car dealer at the state police Command Ikeja, “I was not part of the robbery operation. I am not the gang leader. I operate a barbing saloon in front of my sister’s building.
“One of those who attacked and robbed my sister and in-law is my customer. My barbing shop is in the same building where my sister lives, but I do not live there.
“I could not speak out because they informed me of their intentions. They came around 9p.m. But I closed my barbing saloon at about 7p.m. that day. I was arrested because the people that came to rob my sister and her husband implicated me.”
Vanguard learned that Ige was at the scene of the operation, but did not go inside the house.
His gang members raped the maid and almost raped his elder sister. They left her because she was pregnant.
According to the second suspect, who is a car dealer, “my name is David Chibuike, aged 27. I am from Abia State.
“I did not know the vehicle was stolen. I do not know John. I know Moses, the person who brought the vehicle to my car mart.
“The first time I met John was the day they brought the vehicle to me to sell. It was on that same day that I called the naval personnel to come and buy the vehicle.
“I told him I was going to sell the vehicle, a Lexus 350, for N2.2 million. He  disappeared with  the car without paying me.
“After some weeks, policemen arrested one of the robbers. They asked them where the vehicle was. That was when they came and arrested me.
“I explained to the policemen what happened and later the policemen were able to trace the stolen car to a person that bought it from the navy man. They did not give me any money.”

House help steals boss' two children in Ogun State, turns them to beggars in Lagos

Asmau, a-middle-aged Fulani woman, stole Amina, 6 and Rukayya, 7, in Ogere, Ogun State, from one Hawau with whom she served as a house help for four months, assisting her with some domestic chores while being paid N400 or N500 daily, Vanguard reports.
She was later arrested in the Ikorodu axis of Lagos State while using them as beggars. Narrating how it happened, Hawau, said it all started on the last Muslim festival day, Eid-el Fitr which was held July 6, 2016.

She said she had planned to send the children to Lagos for holiday with their grand parents, a move she discussed with her brother, which prompted her brother to visit her during sallah celebrations.

Hawau said: “My brother came to pick them (Amina and Rukayya) but did not meet us at home on Sallah day because we had gone to the Eid ground to pray. He did not wait for me as he left for Lagos. When my children knew that he had come and gone they started crying.

Asmau used the opportunity and told me she was going to Lagos that day and that she will help me to take them to their grandparents, so, I agreed and asked the children to go with her.

After two days, I found out that the children were not at their grandparents’ house, I called the woman but her number was not connecting. I then reported to the Sarkin Hausawa of Ogere Alhaji Abdullahi Saminaka, who informed the people.

Luckily for me, a woman came to the palace and told the Sarkin that she saw Asmau with my children begging in Lagos state. So, he (Sarkin) sent his men to go and bring them; they're found begging for alms in tattered clothes.

She removed their new sallah clothes and gave it to one woman, who was a food vendor, in exchange for food. The children told us that Asmau used to beat them if they cried or refused to go and beg for alms. She told people, while they went begging for alms that she is their mother.”

See How a Nigerian man duped his ‘wife’ of N6.7m

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, has arrested one Chike Nnaemeka, for allegedly tricking an official of the Federal Road Safety Corps into marrying him and paying for the wedding.

Nnaemeka, aka Dr. Justified, was said to have duped his victim, Nkechi Ani, of N6.7m.
The EFCC, in a statement by its spokesman, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, said Nnaemeka, who claimed to be a gynaecologist, allegedly collected the sum under different requests. The victim was reportedly introduced to him by one of her classmates at the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State.
The suspect was also said to have tricked Ani into marrying him and they were joined in a traditional wedding on June 6, 2015, without informing her that he was married with three children.
In her petition, the complainant said, ‘‘During the wedding preparation, Justified brought up so many stories bordering on cultural issues that I or anyone from my family is not supposed to visit his home town until after my marriage. He also said that the tradition of his place as a lone prince demanded that I sponsored every financial aspect of the traditional marriage, but that he would refund me to the last one naira I spent.”
According to the commission, the suspect continued to deceive his victim and even claimed to have property that both Zenith Bank Plc and Diamond Bank Plc were purportedly interested in buying.
The suspect was said to have shown the complainant some documents of the property, and requested her to raise some money to enable him to complete the process.
The complainant allegedly transferred some amounts to the suspect, after being assured that he would refund her.
But on December 23, 2015, the suspect allegedly left the house on the pretext that he was going to sign the agreement papers with the banks to finalise the transaction.  Ani  also alleged that the suspect stole the sum of $3000 belonging to her boss.
“Meanwhile, investigation has revealed that the suspect, who is married to another woman who had three children for him, also lied that his mother passed on some years back. The suspect will soon be charged to court, after investigation is concluded,” the statement added.

DAVIDO IN 7 MILLION NAIRA SCANDAL

Hip hop singer, Davido, who was advertised to be among the artistes to perform at the Festival of India, which took in Lagos on Saturday, was conspicuously absent.

This did not go down well with some guests who obviously wanted to see him in action.
Indeed, such people think that the inclusion of his name was a fluke, to the extent that some have expressed the opinion online.
But PUNCH Newspaper spoke with the organisers who stressed that Davido was indeed invited.
The chief organiser, Rosiji, also confirmed this.
Although he said it was premature to say much on the development, other vital sources noted that the contract between the Festival of India and the artiste could run into N7m.
It was gathered that Davido informed them on Friday night, a day to the event, that he was indisposed.
It was further gathered on Thursday (yesterday) night that the organisers have accordingly communicated Davido’s lawyers, as they hope to get a refund of the fee said to have been paid.
A call to his manager’s phone number and a subsequent text message had not been replied as of 8pm production time on ThursdaY

Buhari Knows The Right Thing to Do. -Niger Delta Militant

The United Niger Delta Energy Development Security Strategy (UNDEDSS) on Thursday said President Muhammadu Buhari knows exactly what to do to end the Niger Delta crisis arising from militancy.

UNDEDSS Secretary, Mr. Tony Uranta, who made this disclosure, said they had drawn up proposals that captures the interests of all the parties involved in the agitation in the Niger Delta.

In a statement made available to ThisDay, the coalition said, “President Buhari knows what, exactly he needs to do to end the crisis today if he so desires.

“He probably has not because he has allowed his administration to be beset with too many petty rivalries, too many individuals jockeying for putative relevance, and too many party chieftains of Niger Delta origin who don’t have the interests of the region at heart!”

He said this is the position of UNDEDSS and other well-meaning Niger Delta citizens, who interfacing with patriotic members of the president’s inner cabinet and intelligence chieftains, have drawn up a proposal that should be ‘win-win’ for all parties concerned.

He further said, “This dynamically tweaked proposal is before Mr. President, the armed agitators in the creeks, the international community (including the UK & the USA) and other relevantly interested Nigerians like Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka.

“The proposal is hinged on four vital prerequisites, viz., the affirmation by Mr. President that there is no change in policy regarding the need to commence Matriculation of students this year in the National Maritime University, Okerenkoko, Delta State; the rebirth of the Niger Delta Council (with its five relevant sub-committees!) of President Yar Adua’s 2009 template.

“And the guarantee of safe passage for delegates to any dialogue locations, all armed parties publicly agree to a 60-days Armistice to be proposed by the FGN; and, the attendance of Foreign Observers (including Diplomats from the EU, UK & USA), to be invited by the FGN, to any such dialogue.

Chaos and Mayhem occur in Abule Egba As Tout Fight for Leadership

Yesterday, 'Area boys' took over Abule-Ado area of Lagos in a free-for-all fight between themselves over who will be in charge of collecting fees. Today, what the residents thought was over -upgraded from a street fight to armed robbery.

The hoodlums who came in their numbers with different arms, weapons and charms -attacked themselves and other innocent traders selling phones and other things in the area. They went from shop to shop stealing new phones and disposing the packets in order to carry many (see pictures below)...

According to an eyewitness, following the clash yesterday, a police van was stationed in the area today..The police having stayed for long -thought that peace had been restored and left. Immediately they left towards evening, the touts regrouped themselves and engaged each other.. About six security vans (including army and police) stormed the area after the fight -as seen in the pictures below...

The worst part is the traders who lost their goods and properties including cash during the shop to shop raid. The residents are scared -as they saying that yesterday was the "training", today was the "real match" and they don't know what tomorrow will be... This is umpteenth time it has happened. Adequate security is urgently needed in the area...
