Police kill pastor for alleged armed robbery, General Overseer React

It was reported sometimes around last month that one Pastor Emmanuel of the Grace Dispensation Prophetic Ministry Int’l located in Amukpe Axis of Sapele Delta State was shot dead by Police during a robbery operation. The  Founder and General Overseer, Grace Dispensation Ministries, Apostle Joshua Oribhabor has however come out to clarify the report.

In an interview with Sapele Olofofo Unugbragada, the General Overseer Apostle Joshua said Pastor Emmanuel visited his Ministry in one of his programs and he was accepted into the Ministry as a brother in the faith.

According to Apostle Joshua he said;

“I don’t have other Pastors in my Ministry and I have never ordained any, I don’t know where and who ordained Pastor Emmanuel, he do attend our programs and became a friend to the Ministry, but we were never aware of his illicit act and we never recognize him as a pastor.

My Ministry Grace Dispensation Prophetic Ministry Int’l is not and can never be a party to his evil deed, we are informing the general public that we know nothing about it and the name of our Ministry should not be dragged to the mud..”

The gang was reported to have been intercepted by a team of security operatives at Jesse. In the shoot out that followed, four of the gang members were reported to have fled into the bush while one was killed at the spot.

They were later apprehended by the police and in the process of interrogation, one of the gang members was killed he tried to outsmart the police team. The Pastor then made an attempt to escape and was also gunned down in the process.

News later filtered out that he was a pastor with one of the churches in Sapele. But the General Overseer of the church has since debunked the rumour.

Angela Merkel Claim Germany Have A Lot Of "No Go Area"

                       

Chancellor Angela Merkel has claimed there are 'no-go areas' in Germany, leaving ministers speechless.

Officials have previously dismissed the notion there are places in the country that  police and other outsiders can't visit.

But Merkel said she favours a zero-tolerance policy on crime that includes preventing no-go areas, which she called 'areas where nobody dares to go' in an interview with n-tv on Monday.

'There are such areas and one has to call them by their name and do something about them,' she said.

Asked to name the areas, Merkel's spokesman Steffen Seibert told reporters today  'the chancellor's words speak for themselves.'

Interior Ministry spokesman Johannes Dimroth likewise declined to identify no-go areas, saying security was a matter for local not federal authorities.

Kidnappers Abduct VOA Reporter’s Wife, Child, Kill FRSC Officer

Suspected kidnappers on Wednesday abducted the wife and child of a reporter with the Voice of America in Kaduna State. The abductors also killed a staff of the Federal Road Safety Commission, who rushed out to help the victims.

The reporter, Malam Nasir Birnin-Yero, told the News Agency of Nigeria that the abductors, about 30 in number, attacked his residence in Birnin Yero, near Kaduna at 1:30am. They came to my house at 1:30am. I was not at home then, but they forced themselves into my house and asked my wife about my whereabouts and she told them I was not at home. They vandalized my television and refrigerator before taking my wife and son insisting that they must take them to where I was.

“One of my neighbours, who works with the FRSC, Sabitu Abdulhamid was shot dead by the kidnappers when he rushed out in an attempt to save my family. The kidnappers have not made any contact yet,” Birnin-Yero said


The FRSC Sector Commander in the state, Umar Ibrahim, confirmed the death of the corps personnel and described the incident as very unfortunate.

Ibrahim described the deceased as a very hard working person, who was also a member of the community’s vigilante.

“I am just coming back from the burial. It is a sad day for members of his family and the entire FRSC family, “the sector commander said.

Ebony Reigns Father React To The Manhandling Of Late Daughter Corpse

Nana Opoku Kwarteng, father of popular Ghanaian singer, Ebony Reigns has reacted to a viral video of a mortuary attendant touching the late daughter’s private part and showing the bruises on her. Ebony Regins died in a gruesome road accident that occurred late Thursday evening on the Sunyani-Kumasi road, according to Ghana Joynews.are

A viral video showing the bodies of the late Afropop singer, Ebony Reigns, and her friend Franca Kuri in a mortuary, has left the public horrified. The mortuary attendant could be seen touching and examining the badly injured bodies in a video that went viral on Tuesday.

In the clip, there were more than two persons involved in the act. Another assistant was also seen using a mobile device to film the incident.

The location of the mortuary is unknown as well as the identity of the attendant.
