Therefore, urge the security agencies in the country to arrest Mr Peter Okoye for disrespecting our government and bringing it to a disrepute-APC calls for the arrest Of Paul Of Psquare

                   P-Square
Following the call-out posts the P-Square brothers and their elder brother Jude Okoye made after the Nigerian Government disclosed plans to stop movie and music video production abroad, the All Progressives Congress(APC) youth renaissance group has fired a stinker at Peter Okoye of P-square for insulting the Federal government’s plan to ban video shooting abroad.

In a statement signed by the group’s national secretary, Mr Collins Edwin, the APC described Okoye as a ‘son of darkness’.
Here’s the statement;
“We read the scurrilous remarks credited to Mr Peter Okoye of the Psquare group against the Federal Government’s job-saving policy in the entertainment industry with great anger and vexation.
Least of all persons to make scathing remark against the government is the Psquare group which the local content policy of the Federal Government dusted-up from the valley of obscurity.
Where was Peter Okoye or Psquare brand in 1999 when foreign music dominated our airwaves? If not for the government policy which mandated all broadcast stations in Nigeria to pay attention to Nigerian music by playing 95 percent of Nigerian songs every day, would Peter Okoye or Psquare be known to anybody in Nigeria today? Or would they have competed with better American music which dominated our airwaves then?
After the government have used its policy to brush them up from nothing to something; instead of giving opportunity to other people, they are taking Nigerian jobs to foreign countries through the shooting of music videos abroad.
Now that government have intervened to raise great and better entertainers again, Peter Okoye has the gut to insult the entire Federal Government by calling our great leaders ‘Ndi Ala’ which means mad and stupid people. How dare you say that Psquare?
We, therefore, urge the security agencies in the country to arrest Mr Peter Okoye for disrespecting our government and bringing it to a disrepute. If you cannot produce in Nigeria and hire Nigerians, then leave the industry. We must export Nigerian culture to the outside world through our music and videos.”

Kemi Olunloyo Claims Seyilaw’s Relative Called Her to Reveal His Daughter’s True Medical Status

Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has revealed shocking details of the health status of Seyilaw’s daughter, says she was born with a disability that allows her to gain weight.
According to Kemi Olunloyo, she received the details of baby Tiwa from a relative of Seyilaw’s wife in the UK.
In her new version of rant, Kemi wrote,
“#BREAKING I just received a call from one of @seyilaw1’s wife’s relatives in the UK who disclosed privately to me that his daughter Tiwa has a disability and medical complication she was born with. Tiwa cannot process #insulin well and therefore gains weight and retains fat like any hyperglycemic patient would. This sounds close to type 1diabetes also called juvenile diabetes. I spotted this baby as obese 6 months ago to educate others on a medical issue, her father acknowledged it and I also called @majeayida into it, a first clsss fitness trainer who I asked to write an article on child obesity to assist me as a pharmacist to educate Nigerians.
NEXT I was wrongfully imprisoned and Seyi said he was rejoicing when he heard that I was locked up because she called my baby “fat”. Rather than him apologizing for that, he insulted my entire family. Today my mom cursed him for saying she should have kept her placenta and thrown me away, called me a family reject and compared me with a dog with RABIES!
None of his fans saw him do wrong, they did not research the original post and all thought this online fight was between me and Seyi. It was about the child. Instead, I got curses and death threats. Some illiterates even thought the word “obese” was a bullying word when its actually a medical term. The other disability the child suffers is too much to say here. Pray for that girl. Seyi, I advise you take down your child’s photos from social media. To all the celebrities sarcastically cursing me out not mentioning my name, thank God u will remain scared of me forever posting her pictures and crowning her baby of the year as I made her famous in one weekend, ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE BIGGER PICTURE.
LEARN MORE ABOUT JUVENILE DIABETES. The immune system destroys cells in the pancreas. No more insulin is produced. The child becomes FAT for a lifetime #hnnhealth

Police Men Who Shot FRSC Officials In Abia Arrested

The Abia State Police Command has arrested and detained two security operatives involved in Saturday’s shooting of two officials of Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, in Aba.

The spokesman of the Command, Mr. Geofrey Ogbonna, who made the announcement yesterday in Umuahia, however, declined to disclose the identities of the operatives.

He said: “The shooting did not involve the police alone: an officer from the Department of State Services, DSS, was also involved.

“The two persons have been arrested and are being detained. Investigation into the incident has commenced.”  Ogbonna said the Command condemned the ‘dastardly act’ and gave assurance that there will be fairness and justice at the end of the investigation.

Meanwhile, Abia Sector Command of the FRSC has declined to comment on the matter.

However, a source at the Command disclosed, on condition of anonymity, that one of the victims had a pellet lodged in a sensitive part of his waist. According to the source, “he was booked for surgery for the removal of the pellet but we learned this morning (yesterday) that the surgery could no longer go on.

“Doctors said that surgery could cause him permanent disability and that it will be better to manage his condition with the pellet in his body.”

The FRSC officials were shot on Saturday by the security aides attached to the Speaker of Abia Assembly, Mr. Chikwendu Kalu.

The incident took place at Arungwa Junction, near Aba, on the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway, when the officials stopped the vehicle conveying the Speaker’s wife, Victoria, to Aba.

The officials wanted to book the vehicle as its occupants did not wear seat belts.

The Speaker told newsmen on Sunday he sent his chief detail to the place, but was surprised to hear later that there was shooting.

Kalu, who condemned the shooting, described it as an act of “over-zealousness” by security operatives.
