US husband killer Temitope Adebamiro pleads guilty


Temitope was arrested in early this year (May) on first-degree murder charges for allegedly slashing her husband’s throat. Her husband, Adeyinka Adebamiro, is also a Nigerian national, though he lived most of his life in the United States.
According to SaharaReporters, Temitope Adebamiro, has pled guilty to manslaughter and a weapons offense. The news was broke by The News Journal of Delaware earlier today.

It will be recalled that Temitope’s sister also revealed to SaharaTV in an interview that she witnessed Temitope cheating on Adeyinka.

It was also revealed during the interview that Temitope had turned to Black Magic, and may have been practicing rituals. Temitope’s sister believes that she may have been under the influence of these forces when she killed her husband.

Initially Temitope was charged with first-degree murder and possession of a deadly weapon. However, according to The News Journal of Delaware, Temitope and her attorney pled to the lesser charge of manslaughter and weapon possession on September 16th in the Superior Court in Wilmington, Delaware.

These charges bring a minimum sentence of four years in prison and a maximum sentence of 50 years in prison. Temitope has been incarcerated in Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution since her arrest last year.
