The couple, who first started dating on the quiet a year ago, were seen out shopping in Manchester by themselves, having presumably left Rio's three children - Lorenz, Ria and Tate - at home.
Former TOWIE star Kate was wrapped up against the cold in a black puffa jacket worn over a long black tunic, black leggings and matching thigh-high boots.
She ditched the usual makeup for her casual look and carried a couple of bottles of drink in one hand while toting a designer handbag in the other.
Her long blonde hair was left down and staightened for the low-key look.
Rio, meanwhile, walked a couple of steps behind her and was dressed for comfort in a pale grey zip-down hoodie and jogging bottoms, carrying a takeaway coffee as he and his reality star girlfriend browsed the Christmas markets.
