This is coming few months after 45-year-old South African OAP,  Somizi, reportedly got engaged to his 24-year old bae Mohale Motaung.
We reported that Somizi who spilled details of their engagement, said the proposal was done while they were both in Paris.  Confirming the news on Metro FM this week, Somizi said he popped the question on the ‘love lock’ bridge with the Eiffel Tower in the background. The gay media personality also shared a video of him proposing to ‘bae’ on IG captioning the video; ”It’s a Big YESSSSS. it’s a golden ticket. #MCM #MCE.”
Somizi insisted that their engagement was not going to be a long one.
“I wanted to wait for the right time to tell everyone, but eish. Paparazzi. I’m not a long time engager. I’m not talking about getting engaged 7 years ago. It must be within a year-ish.”
The couple sparked speculation, after both were seen with some additional bling on their fingers. In October last year Somizi said that a wedding and baby were on the cards in 2018. He further disclosed that he’s getting ready for the big day, which he insists will be soon because he doesn’t believe in long engagements. He wrote;
“Next year I will become Mr. Something.”
